Ocean Reef is newly built and loaded with amenities. Located on the beach front, enjoy a grill, lap pool, and whirlpool and a paved lounging area. Indoor pool and exercise room with views, as well as steam and sauna rooms. Reserved covered parking space, as well as RV/boat parking available to renters. Being on the largest 27 mile, world class beach. You'll never tire of looking over the turquoise water and quartz white sand. The building is centrally located near all sights and attractions in the area.

The condo offers a casual, yet elegant, upscale B&B feeling, with high quality furnishing, bedding and personal touches throughout. Master bedroom with king sized, double sided pillow top mattress with Egyptian cotton bedding, two nightstands, 32' HD TV, a huge dresser, and double sinked en-suite with marble finishings.

Second bedroom with the same features, including a Blu-Ray player, and amazing sunrise view.

Granite counter and hardwood cabinet kitchen, fully equipped with service for 12 and all that is needed to prepare gourmet meals.

Living room and dining room furnishings done in a craftsmen style for that classic B&B feel. Yet with 50' HD TV and Blu-Ray. Free Long Distance calling with two hand-held phones, and Wi-Fi throughout.

This condo was great! The location was amazing! The host, Dawn, was so accommodating and she even messaged me letting me know that we could get into the property 2 hours early. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time in the condo.

We loved our stay! The condo has direct access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrellas right in front of the condo. Although we didn’t utilize them, there are chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and beach cart in the condo you can use. Owner was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. Condo is on the beach and there are activities and restaurants across the street. Dawn is an excellent communicator and host. Check-in was a breeze. Our family of 5 had a comfortable stay in Dawn’s condo. It has everything you need for a week of beach activity. The balcony is the best part of the condo. Unobstructed views! 15th floor is breathtaking. Great restaurants are close by and shopping is a short distance. Highly recommend.

Very enjoyable week in Panama City Beach Fl.

The condo was perfect. Very spacious rooms. Two bedrooms with two full baths met our needs. Laundry room with storage for beach chairs, wagon, and supplies that we brought was nice and out of way. Kitchen and dining was very clean. The tv seating couches were very comfortable. The view from the 15th floor balcony was great. Balcony furniture was also comfortable. Looking forward to booking this unit again.

Great condo. But beach closed

This town shuts down the ocean for the entire time we were in town. They have no lifeguard stations and when ocean is a little rough the double red flags come out. In case your not familiar with the flags, when there are double red flags hung the water is off limits. Now you would think they would let you at least stand at waters edge and let it roll over your feet. No they were patrolling the beach in numerous vehicles giving tickets to people. $500.00 fine! Never going back!

Rest and Relaxation

We have vacationed at several places up and down the coast. This was by far one of the best. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony is big! Dawn answered all questions we had and was very easy to deal with. The beach and ocean was fabulous. We saw a couple of sharks, stingrays, and a turtle. The waves were so much fun to play in. The location is perfect because it is not on a busy part of the beach. Of course, we came right before the busy season. If I had to find one downside, it would be the beds. The mattresses were a little hard. But you can't possibly find a mattress that would suit everyone, so it was fine. That is not enough of a reason to keep us from staying here again. We would definitely visit again and hope to soon!

Why they chose this property

I love the Gulf of Mexico,having lived in Louisiana,I vacationed there alot and my goal was to own there.
I liked the heated indoor pool,as a swimmer that was a must.

What makes this property unique

I enjoy my private deck overlooking the Gulf, with the sounds of the waves all day long. Seeing dolphins,
sea rays and pelicans, having sun all day and amazing sunsets.
Inside the furniture and vintage fabrics add a feeling of home and comfort with classic Miami touches.
Pictures on the walls are wonderful photographs of places all over the world involving water.I love beaches and water in my holidays,a trained photography student I love to take pictures and share with my guest.
Adding a personal touch,unlike some condos with such generic décor, I strived to do some personal touches and a lot of shells in my condo. I try to bring the bright airy feeling on the beach into my condo.
