SEA CABIN of North Myrtle Beach... classic condos in Cherry Grove are a delight for fishermen and families, with oceanfront one bedroom and oceanview two bedroom condos. Just across the street from the beach you'll find more economically priced, poolside two-bedroom Sea Cabins. Most two bedroom condos have full kitchens with electric range/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. One bedroom condos have a more compact "galley" kitchen.

ATTRACTIVELY LANDSCAPED, this north end resort provides a bit more secluded setting for your stay. Resort features include a large outdoor pool with sundeck to those staying at the Sea Cabin. One family pool pass per condo rental.

FREE WIFI is provided in all Sea Cabins for convenient connections while you're on holiday. Sorry, no elevator access at Sea Cabin. Several condos have very attractive off-season monthly rates November-March. Consider enjoying an extended seaside winter vacation this year. Non-smoking accommodations are available. Parking Restrictions: Motorcycles, golfcarts, trailers, and/or trailered vehicles are not permitted.
Note: Rollaways, daybeds, bunk beds, trundles, etc. are not suggested for adults.

Peaceful and Pretty

The view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful, and the living room kitchen combo was spacious enough for two people to be comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. The condo was nice and would be perfect for a couple, but it needs the following updates: a new front door, the closets need cleaning, the door runners are very rusty, and the bed needs updating. Parking was easy, and the community was quiet and family-friendly.

Condo itself was excellent - peripheral issues need improvement

The Condo itself was excellent, clean and as described. Excellent view. Was very pleased to find the private dock had been re-opened for use. Hope to see it rebuilt and in full use in future. One main concern is the parking situation. Even though had two parking passes was difficult to find even one space. Many vehicles with no displayed passes, even the handicapped spaces had vehicles parked with no ADA placard or property parking tag. In addition, the laundry room was not clean and only had one washing machine and dryer in working order.

Not clean, great view

Thomas Beach Vacations should consider upping their standards of cleanliness or hiring a better cleaning service. The unit was filthy. The bath mats were literally dripping wet, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, a half drunk water bottle left on the balcony, a balled up pile of plastic on the nightstand and dirt all over the floors. We spent our entire first night and part of the second day there cleaning the place ourselves. We also noticed the air sounded unusually loud so we checked the air filter and it was so full of dirt that it had almost completely caved in. And the kitchen outlet cover was just laying on the counter, exposed wires and all, with no screw for us to put it back. The listing says that there is a dishwasher in the kitchen. We did not see one in the photos so I specifically asked if there was one and was ASSURED that there was a dishwasher. When we got there we saw that there was not one and when I asked again, I was told only the 2 bedroom units have one. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable but only because there was foam padding carelessly balled up under the cushions for the pull out. Once we got things cleaned and had maintenance tend to the technical issues it wasn't a terrible stay. The view mostly made up for the frustration we felt the first couple days and the woman who helped us at the Thomas Beach Vacations office was very kind and accommodating.

Week at North Myrtle

Great condo overlooking the ocean. Great access to nearby pier. Covered parking was a plus since we stayed in July. Short drive to many local restaurants, shopping, putt-putt, dolphin cruise, etc. Condo was immaculate and very functional. Many thanks!

Great place to stay right on the beach

This condo is very small but was perfect for my husband and me. It is located on the second floor with an amazingly wonderful view of the ocean. Thomas properties does an excellent job with welcoming guests (welcome package of essentials -- toilet paper, paper towels). No dishwasher or garbage disposal, which was fine for just the two of us. Our portion of beach was less crowded than further south in NMB or MB, which was really wonderful. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Our only problem was we were temporarily locked out and property emergency services were completely unable to help us.
