This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and living room with balcony, pull out sleeper sofa with 5" memory foam mattress. This condo also comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes, so no need to rent your own! 4 beach chairs. This condo has full access of the Ocean Oak Hilton amenities! 2 Heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with out door grills, path to the beach, full bar and restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, can rent movies and has computer area. SUPER NICE and perfect condo for 2-4 people.

This was a great property for our short stay in HHI. The condo was very clean and the walls were very thick where you did not hear the neighbors. The space was cozy but the pictures in the listing are accurate and it wasnt a surprise. The amenities with being able to use the Hilton pool, grill, etc were a great addition and covered parking was great. Highly recommend!

Hello Fellow Beach Lovers! We purchased this wonderful Ocean View condo in an Ocean Front Complex. We own 4 condo's, all in South Forest Beach and love to rent them out to others to enjoy all the Hilton Head Island has to offer!

Why they chose this property

This property comes with full access to all of the wonderful amenities that Ocean Oak Resort a New Hilton property! You can not ask for better access to the beach, as well as the awesome heated pools, one is beach front! There is also a hot tub, a picnic area with BBQ grills, hammocks, full bar and restaurant, bathrooms, out door game area, inside there is a work out room, a great place to relax and read or use computers, rent movies or watch movies in the movie room!

This condo is owned and managed by 2 very hard working, honest people. We live on Island and are available anytime!
