Very clean. Welcome instructions were a nice touch. So much better than a hotel for we entertained our visiting Grandchildren at Christmas. Cooked steaks on the grill baked potatos in the oven. All the comforts of home. Jacqueline thought of everything for guests including tooth brushes (we didn’t need). Highly recommend

"The Beach House" is in a quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood. I was busy but able to get in a nice walk which leads to the water and catch a beautiful sunset. The house was quiet and had all the kitchen gadgets if you want to cook. I also enjoyed having plenty of towels and bottled water. It had everything I needed and more. That's why my friend recommended it. Thanks so much!

I was there for a business class so unfortunately was not able to enjoy much of the beautiful location, but I am going to be frequently returning and most definitely going to try to stay there as much as available.

The Beach House had just what the two of us needed. The salt marsh at the end of the street had lovely sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet, so we could rest and relax. The location had easy access to everything we wanted to do - from Niantic to Hartford.

We are avid boaters love the water and nature. Enjoy walking down the end of our street for the amazing sunsets. We're passionate gardeners and have an amazing tropical oasis. We love to travel around the world and Costa Rica is our home away from home. Locally we enjoy Long Island by boat, Newport and Cape Cod.
