Wonderful stay in a lovely place

We spent a very pleasant vacation in Grasse. The apartment is lovely, well equipped, with air conditioning, electronic shutters, a nice garden, so you don’t miss any comfort. The landlord and his wife are very nice, generous and helpful if you need any advice or support. The landlord offers a Kajak tour to his guests which was a real pleasure and highlight to us. Also the kids had a lot of fun during our stay. Grasse itself and the surroundings offer a huge variety of activities. So, we really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back to this lovely place.

Very clean and comfortable!

Everything you could need for a great vacation! The house was exactly as pictured and very well kept and clean. The air conditioning was nice to have in the heat of the summer and cooled the house down quickly once we were home to turn it on. The patio was delightful and very private for an enjoyable morning coffee or evening meal. The kitchen was well equipped, though we only cooked basic meals. It was nice to have the clothes washing machine as we were on a biking vacation. Georges was pleasant and extremely prompt at answering any inquiries and helpful for suggestions on dining or any other requests. It was a pleasure to stay at this house.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht.

Herzlichen Dank an Georges!

Perfect

A beautiful location, very peaceful surrounded by trees... And only half an hour from Nice airport. A great base to explore the Cote d'Azur and Provence Alps. Accommodation provided everything we could have wished for indoors & out . The owner Georges was very friendly and also knowledgeable of the area so was able to suggest places to visit. He also very kindly took us on a guided tour of the perfume museum in Grasse. All in all great location, fabulous accommodation and friendly owner.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Grasse.

Know very well this region, we will be attentive to make you feel comfortable, and satisfied. Hikers and lovers of sea kayak, we will give pieces of advice to guide to leisure activities adapted to your needs as well as the cultural visits where you can relax on the edge of the water.

Why they chose this property

This Provencal country house has been built in our property, for my daughters who live outside the region. They spend some holiday weeks, and we have designed its interior fittings you make everybody feel well.

What makes this property unique

The quiet and charm of this Provencal terraces.
Inside, you will find a large living space on the ground floor with an equipped kitchen, dining room and living room equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite channels (many foreign channels and freeview) and DVD player. Also, there is a separate WC on the ground floor, mechanically ventilated as well as storage spaces. Upstairs, there is a beautiful bedroom (14 sq.m) and one detached bathroom with a shower, bowl sinks, and electric towel warmer.
It also offers reversible air-conditioning, perfect for isolation, so you will not feel cold nor heat (Yes, you can feel the heat in case of insufficient isolation, and the nights are 'difficult'). The double glazing doors on the ground floor offer access to the terraces of our private garden. You can enjoy the garden furniture as well as a small exterior shower and table to have lunch and dinner al fresco.
