Why they chose this property

This Provencal country house has been built in our property, for my daughters who live outside the region. They spend some holiday weeks, and we have designed its interior fittings you make everybody feel well.

What makes this property unique

The quiet and charm of this Provencal terraces.
Inside, you will find a large living space on the ground floor with an equipped kitchen, dining room and living room equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite channels (many foreign channels and freeview) and DVD player. Also, there is a separate WC on the ground floor, mechanically ventilated as well as storage spaces. Upstairs, there is a beautiful bedroom (14 sq.m) and one detached bathroom with a shower, bowl sinks, and electric towel warmer.
It also offers reversible air-conditioning, perfect for isolation, so you will not feel cold nor heat (Yes, you can feel the heat in case of insufficient isolation, and the nights are 'difficult'). We have checked the quality of the materials and furnishing. The sofa-bed even has high density mattress of polyurethane. The shower has a thermostatic tap and mechanical ventilation. The double glazing doors on the ground floor offer access to the terraces of our private garden. You can enjoy the garden furniture as well as a small exterior shower and table to have lunch and dinner al fresco.
It is close to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Saint-Raphaël, Saint Paul de Vence, The picturesque villages in the Riviera, 1 h and half from Gorges du Verdon, the Mercantour National Park, and Italy.
