The space
This property boasts a combined 6 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. The property includes the detached studio bedroom with full bathroom Manguito Suite along with the 4 bedroom 2 story main house. You have lots of options here. You can choose to go all glass doors and windows open to let the tropical vibe enter the house for the outdoor living experience. The other option is everything closed with air conditioning providing a comfortable and bug free relaxing space.

Main Living Area: Several architects have provided input on this tropical modern design with minimalism in mind. Space below the counters provide an area for appliances to produce a minimal look. An exotic black veined granite compliments the honey stained solid teak cabinets in the kitchen. The kitchen has a small fridge, freezer, coffee maker, 2 burner stove, and sink. The suite is directly in front of the swimming pool. The private outdoor shower is Balinese inspired with finished concrete walls, plants, and fossil stone. As water showers upon you fed from a teak log suspended in the air, you can gaze up at the stars or the passing clouds, depending on the time of day.

Terrace and Pool Area: The structure was built with gatherings in mind. The concept is to allow living area and relaxing areas to collide into one so that everyone feels in the same common area but with many different options of activities. With the sliding glass doors open, the kitchen, dining, and living area become shared with the pool and terrace.
