Two miles from downtown Boothbay Harbor, shopping, boat rides, restaurants, & best Botanical Garden in the Northeast.

Needs to be a bigger shower way too small, would love to of had air condition, could use a new bed and there was very very hard., but other than that it was good.

Could stand a couple key upgrades.

They could stand a mattress and spring change out and a 30" square shower really doesn't work for us. 36" square is nearly a necessity. While we made it work it reminded more of a weekend place for fishing buddies than a place to take my wife. Clean and we got along just fine but not near the place our first experience was. All in all not dissatisfied, but could have been better. Probably priced fairly for the location.
