Family beach vacation

Property is as described and is meticulously maintained. Great communication with owner and property management. We will definitely stay here again. We travel several times annually to Destin this property is by far our favorite, highly recommend!

Beautiful Home But...

Gorgeous home nestled in a very high-end MM community with great amenities. Lovely private yard with lush flora, heated pool and hot tub. You pay a significant upcharge compared to other rentals for this property and then you find out the pool and hot tub cost extra to heat and there are restrictions on the hot tub use. Inside the house was nice however the kitchen needs some refurbishment. The ceiling is yellowed from cooking, windows and sashes need a good cleaning, water/ice dispenser on fridge is gross, oven and range need to be detailed, mold on the washing machine gasket. When I go on vacation I expect to roll my suitcases in and worry only about my food. My family of 5 stayed for a week and we were supplied one roll of paper towels, 6 rolls of TP and one box of tissues. We had to purchase enough supplies to carry us through the week including things like Windex and vinegar to clean countertops and sinks. I was expecting better for the price!

Great location, perfect for family

Villa Patron was fantastic for spring break. Very clean, the pool and hot tub was ideal for our school aged kids , as were the amenities at the club house and proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply the best!

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Patron! We traveled with a group of seven people, ranging from 7 to 74 and there was something for everyone!!! We loved the pool, enjoyed making a few family meals or having down time in the comfy house, and were a very short drive to the beach and lots of great restaurants! The hosts were very responsive and kind. Thank you for such a lovely stay!!!

Your own little piece of paradise

What a beautiful place inside and out!! All the comforts of home. It was everything we expected and more! Really enjoyed the private pool! Thanks to Michelle and Brad for letting us stay at the Villa Patron!! They are the perfect hosts!

Great Home in a Great Location

Great home in a perfect location to access the beach, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet, yet has great community amenities, especially the pool and tennis courts. The backyard is spectacular. We really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The house was also very clean and comfortable, and the property owners were very friendly and accessible. We’ll definitely come again.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Patron!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Patron! The properly is conveniently located in a lovely gated community that is less than 2 minutes away from the beach. The property was beautiful, clean and was filled with plenty of towels (bath and beach), pool/beach supplies and kitchenware. The property management team was super responsive and fielded any questions quickly. Finally, the property pool stole the show for our family - the kids loved the pool so much - and we even enjoyed a few evening swims with the party lights! We would definitely stay at Villa Patron again!

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. Great location for us as it was less then 10 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to a local Entertainment and shopping. The house Owners and the management company were very responsive.

Perfect Family Getaway: Villa Patron Delivers Once Again!

Our second stay at Villa Patron was just as wonderful as the first—a perfect retreat for our family! Nestled in a friendly gated community, the spacious house, complete with a fantastic pool and hot tub, provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The home layout was ideal for both family time and relaxation, with plenty of space for everyone. Our short walks to the nearby beach were a highlight, offering stunning sunsets and moments of tranquility. And of course, the pool time was amazing—hours of fun for both kids and adults alike! Villa Patron provided the ideal setting for a memorable vacation! A big thank you to Brad and Michelle for their hospitality!

Villa Patron Fabulous

Great great property in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach or a short golf cart ride. Was exactly as advertised. All new finishes and furnishings. Pool and Hot Tub a great addition. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the loft is a great extra. Kitchen and community areas great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Our first trip to Destin and we were very happy. Proximity to public beach access is within 10-15 minute walk. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Pool was awesome to have when it was too hot to stay at the beach. Plenty of items like beach chairs and toys provided for us to use. Community pool and tennis courts were also vet nice. Great communication from owners and property manager. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay

Michelle & Brad are wonderful hosts, very responsive and pleasant interactions every step of the way. Their property manager is great too. The house is lovely and well-maintained. It is an easy location for beach access, especially with the golf cart. They had all the beach gear you need so no need to bring your own. Kids loved their pool in the backyard, a nice feature we particularly liked to keep socially-distanced.

The Green House!

Everything was better than we expected. Owner/Property Manager were engaged and helpful. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach. The area is quiet, very quiet, despite being so close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were squeaky clean. We all had a great time but most importantly our awesomely autistic son was living his best life in “the Green House”.

First family vacation with our two year old granddaughter

Cleanliness, location and amenities are a five star!! The backyard is an oasis. The property manager Shannon was amazing. The microwave quit working and within a couple hours Shannon brought us one. I had no idea how much I would enjoy the golf cart. In four minutes we were on the beach. We will definitely be back to this property!!

Gorgeous home with the perfect location!!

The house was beautiful and the perfect location!! Having beach towels provided was a blessing. Wish there would have been some basic essentials: toilet paper, trash bags, detergent. Pictures showed a golf cart that was not available and was hoping to use the hot tub without being charged a weekly fee. We know for next time though :)

Great house with a great location

It's a great house located in a great part of Destin. The house was extremely nice and clean. There are quite a few rules within the private Home Owners Association as far as trash pickup, not parking on the street overnight, etc but to be expected for a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would stay there again for sure. I do suggest a golf cart rental to access the beach as it was a little bit more of a walk than we wanted to do with children. Communication from the property owners and managers was excellent. The owners are highly invested in their property.

Nice place to stay!

The house was great especially the backyard with the pool and hot tub! The upstairs loft area was great for the kids. They had their own space. We didn’t have a golf cart which in my opinion is necessary. While the beach is in walking distance, if you have kids and have a lot of stuff (ice chest, boogie boards,etc) there is a cart provided, but it is a walk. I would recommend getting the golf cart, but you will want to budget for that as the prices are high during the peak summer months.
