Located in the centre of Annecy, in the heart of restaurants and markets, close to Lake Annecy, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Discover an apartment with the charm of the old, overlooking the Canal du Thiou.
The apartment is located in the Passage des Bains which is entirely pedestrian.
Ideal for up to 4 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/ kitchen, 1 bathroom and a terrace.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm, the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm.
Kitchen equipped with microwave, linen will be provided for your stay.
Important: for a relaxed holiday, the apartment is equipped with Wifi.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

đŸ…żïžThe nearest car parks are the Post Office car park and the Sainte Claire car park both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it knew how to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurùs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

There were 3 attempts to scam me.It wasn’t these people, but in the 6 weeks between when I booked the accommodation and when we actually checked in, I was contacted on WhatsApp by people pretending to be the “concierge“, trying to get me to make payment. These people need to find a new method, because their current method is dangerous for their customers.The check-in process was unlike 90% of other places we’ve stayed. We were not told how it was going to be conducted, we were simply told to text them on WhatsApp 30 minutes prior.Someone met us and haded us the key.We were also not told what to do with the key on the check out day.They seem like amateurs.But, the property was perfect

nettoyage cuisine avons nettoyé le frigo sentait le poisson liquide orange répandu sur les étagÚres du frigo.(avertis Elsa) nettoyage salle de bains avons nettoyé lavabo traces dentifrice séchée cheveu syphon baignoire terrasse envahie de feuilles table et chaises sales lumiÚre murale avec fils électrique qui pendent.. grace a sa situation centale nous avons passe un super sejour contact aurions aime avoir un contact avec Elsa pour reception des clefs et visite appartement..elle aurait pu constater l etat de proprete toutefois trÚs réactive et agréable sur Wattapps. nous reviendrons certainement et ai deja donner votre contact a des amis sur aix les bains et en suisse. bonne journee florence

Rien ne va dans cet appartement. Il est sale, inconfortable, il sent mauvais et n'est pas entretenu. L'appartement est vĂ©tuste (je ne parle pas dĂ©coration !) Le linge de lit est sale, la vaisselle Ă©galement, le volet qui donne sur la rue (au 1er Ă©tage) ne se ferme pas. La litterie est un enfer. Je ne m'attarderai pas sur les autres points dĂ©sastreux comme les balcons sales, les fils Ă©lectriques qui dĂ©passent des appliques Ă  hauteur du visage, les prises qui font des Ă©tincelles des qu'on y branche quelque chose.. La rĂ©ception des clĂ©s n'est qu'Ă  16h ce qui est trĂšs tard pour un check-in. Aucun effort n'est fait pour que l'endroit soit agrĂ©able. J'aurais prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre un peu plus excentrĂ©e mais avoir un minimum de confort et de propretĂ©. Pour 1300€ les 4 nuits c'est lĂ©gitime !

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour formidable L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathique et trĂšs simple pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s de l’appartement qui est trĂšs spacieux bien Ă©quipĂ© avec son balcon terrasse surplombant la riviĂšre vue magnifique et trĂšs reposant Appartement trĂšs propre tout est pratiquement fourni seul bĂ©mol le flexible de douche hs et le canapĂ© pas trĂšs confortable et le cĂŽtĂ© de la mĂ©ridienne ne tient plus beaucoup AccĂšs direct Ă  tous les commerces proche du lac on peut tout visiter Ă  pied au dĂ©part de l’appartement Pas de bruit de voisinage Un sĂ©jour parfait je recommande vivement

Appartement trĂšs propre, refait Ă  neuf et trĂšs bien agencĂ©, avec un Ă©quipement complet. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  proximitĂ© de tout : lac, musĂ©e, ancien centre ville magnifique... Maxime, propriĂ©taire de l'apppart, est toujours disponible pour rendre votre sĂ©jour le plus agrĂ©able possible. C'est absolument un incontournable appart sur Annecy pour 1 Ă  4 personnes. Il y a juste un petit "mais" : il faut avoir assez de Gigas pour pouvoir rester connectĂ© car cet appart manque le WIFI. Je lui mets tout de mĂȘme 5 Ă©toiles car cela n'a pas perturbĂ© mon sĂ©jour.

AprÚs le stationnement de la voiture trouver le lieu de récupération de la clef (avec un numéro) mais pas d,autres informations; trouver l,immeuble sans connaitre l,emplacement de l,appartement- ni étage ni le nom de la personne indiquée sur la sonnette et la porte ,un parcours long et stressant...trop compliqué. Procédure à revoir. Propreté moyenne, insuffisance de papier toilette pour 5 nuits.

superbe appartement

L'appartement extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© dans Annecy ni trop loin ni trop prĂšs des commerces et restaurants. TrĂšs lumineux mĂȘme si le soleil ne tape pas directement dans les fenĂȘtres ce qui reste un trĂšs bon point Car nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud. le seul bĂ©mol ( et vraiment pour en trouver un ) les matelas des lits sont assez dure et ils manquent des brochures pour savoir toutes les activitĂ©s Ă  faire dans le coin. sinon tout Ă©tait parfait je reviendrais avec plaisirs.
