Located in the centre of Annecy, in the heart of restaurants and markets, close to Lake Annecy, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Discover an apartment with the charm of the old, overlooking the Canal du Thiou.
The apartment is located in the Passage des Bains which is entirely pedestrian.
Ideal for up to 4 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/ kitchen, 1 bathroom and a terrace.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm, the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm.
Kitchen equipped with microwave, linen will be provided for your stay.
Important: for a relaxed holiday, the apartment is equipped with Wifi.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).
🅿️The nearest car parks are the Post Office car park and the Sainte Claire car park both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
