God Bless you Mary We have never received complaints such as the ones you have listed. The customers before and after you that stayed in that cabin did not have one complaint. We understand that you are upset because you were denied a refund but it is not necessary to attack our character when 90% of the reviews on any site say what amazing hosts we are. When you called and told us that you were going to stay somewhere else, we told you that you are not entitled to a full refund but if you return the key, we would negotiate some sort of refund and you chose not to do so. If you feel so inclined to file a complaint please do so. We have been following our policies as listed on Vrbo and our website and we have nothing to hide. We have displayed accurate representation of the cabin as listed on the website and we stand by it. We gave you the opportunity to resolve this issue and you chose not to take it. We will no longer engage in this conversation as your words and actions are slanderous and at this point we feel harassed. To any perspective guests that are reading this, we encourage you to call and ask any questions you may have prior to booking.
