Good place with a nice swimming pool and garden and walking distance to the beach

Everything as described in the photos. Very clear communication with the owner and property manager. Petanque game and mountain bikes are available, which is a nice touch.

Villa à 2mn d’une belle plage et de belles paillotes, elle est tres vaste espace de vie intérieur comme extérieur avec coin salon et salle à mangé au top! Tant dans l’équipements que dans la décoration le tout est très bien. Superbe piscine chauffée et terrain de pétanque très appréciable. Je recommande sans hésitation et merci pour l’acceuil chaleureux de Laurence de la conciergerie, une mini remarque nous aurions préférée une plancha au gaz ou électrique mais cela est notre affaire de goût.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft schön in der Villa Peralda. Die herzliche Begrüssung von Laurence hat uns schon sehr beeindruckt. Das Haus ist sauber, aufgeräumt und man fühlt sich wie im Hotel. Es werden Bade- und Hand-Tücher zur Verfügung gestellt und auch sehr viele Badetücher für Strand oder Pool. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht! Sehr viele Gläser und nützliches Geschirr. Die Badezimmer sind alle sehr schön und gross. Um das Haus ist alles sauber und ordentlich. 3 Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung. 10 Liegestühle auch. Der Grill ist relativ neu, sehr leicht zum sauber machen. Der Garten hat wunderschöne Blumen, Palmen, Rosmarin, Lavendel und Olivenbäume. Wir konnten jeden Tag geniessen. Der Strand ist 5 Min zu Fuss entfernt und auch nicht überfüllt. Jedoch mochten unsere Kinder lieber den Pool. Der Pool ist neu und mit Alarm ausgestattet. Wenn mal etwas war waren Laurence oder ihr Mann innert 5 Minuten bei uns. Wir können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen. Vieleicht sind wur nächstes Jahr auch wieder da :)

Bon séjour

Belle maison très propre et très bien équipée, quartier calme. A 10 minutes à pied d’une grande plage pleine de jolis coquillages (pour les collectionneurs…). La piscine est agréable et bien positionnée (surveillance facile des enfants). Belle et grande télévision pour les heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Propriétaires sérieux (contrat de location en bonne et due forme).
