For a stay that combines the sea and the countryside on the northern coast of Brittany, in the small village of Kermaria-Sulard, don’t hesitate to settle into this pleasant 85-square-meter holiday home with a 500-square-meter enclosed garden. This small village, just 300 metres away, features a medical clinic (physical therapist, nurses), a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a small supermarket, a hair salon, and bocce courts. You’ll certainly want to explore the beautiful Pink Granite Coast by following the GR34 trail, which is very popular with hikers and amateur photographers. You can also enjoy the beautiful beaches of Trestel, Port Blanc, Buguèles, Trébeurden, Trégastel, and more... Within a 10-km radius, you’ll have access to all amenities (shops, restaurants, activities, a cinema, amusement parks: Royal Kids in Lannion, Armoripark in Bégard, La Récré des 3 Curés in Milizac, etc.) or even the renowned seaside resort of Perros-Guirec. Finally, if you’re looking for a more authentic experience, head to Tréguier and La Roche-Derrien, both designated “Cities of Character.” The accommodation features a large living area on the ground floor: dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances), a small utility room (washing machine and 1 refrigerator), and a half-bath. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (14 m²) with a closet/wardrobe, a 140 x 190 cm bed, and a TV. 1 bedroom (13 m²) with a closet, two 90 cm beds, and a TV. Bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet.
