Having a secure parking spot was a huge benefit. The house was clean and the snacks were very appreciated. The master bed was pretty uncomfortable but that could just be personal preference. The neighborhood was a little rougher than expected. Communication with owner was good.

Stay was great! The place had supplies and snacks available, which was a nice touch. Parking in the area was also great, and Stephanie was able to provide a temporary parking pass for the extra car we had.The only downside was that transportation to the metro was farther than expected, but that was user error on our part. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

We loved staying at this property! It was perfect for our family of 5. The host was extremely helpful and added all sorts of nice extras to our stay. The property is super close to the (free) street car, which takes you to Union Station so it was easy to get to anywhere in the city via public transportation.

We had a wonderful stay. The house had great space, the parking pad was awesome. Stephanie had a lot of little personal touches around to make everything top notch. The apartment itself was great. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downfall to this property was the location. It is not in the best part of town which made me anxious. If was staying here alone I would not be comfortable at all.

Great apartment, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The residence is in a great neighborhood, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee and bars. It's a little ways (about a mile) from the nearest metro, but the H street trolley is close by and takes you right up to Union Station. The communication with the owner, Stephanie, was fantastic, and she was super helpful! Definitely recommend this residence!

Stephanie's home is wonderful -- extremely clean, tastefully updated, spacious, and located in an area that is close to just about everything. We even had our own parking spot. Great place with lots of fancy touches

The house was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check in process was very easy. Stephanie was great to work with. We stayed with 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The place isn’t too far from Union Station and we used public transportation a lot. I loved the shower with 3 shower heads— it felt very fancy.
