About this property
Historic Bank Building on the Elroy-Sparta State Trail
Have you ever wanted to explore an old bank from 1913? Now is your chance to spend the night in one! Spend your time biking in the summer or snowmobiling in the winter, all right out your back door! With high-speed internet included in your stay, you can even do a flex-cation and change up your scenery while you work and play.
More about the property:
Enjoy a stay in a charming bank building that has been renovated to include a loft sleeping area, full kitchen, and full bathroom.
The building includes a loft with a queen-size bed. A couch with a pull-out sofa bed and up to two roll-away cots can be provided upon request for additional sleeping.
The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools, dishes, and utensils. A toaster and coffee maker are provided.
Towels and linens are provided. Laundry/maid service is not included during your stay. There is also a 30amp RV hook-up available for use if you need it.
We make sure everything about your stay is comfortable!
More about the location:
My kids think there is gold to be found in the old bank, however, after much searching, they realized that the true fun of staying here is all the area has to offer.
Whether you want to check out America's first rail-to-trail conversion, the Elroy-Sparta state trail (available for biking in summer and snowmobiling in winter), go hiking at Wildcat Mountain State Park (you can also go horseback riding on the trails!), head to the Kickapoo River for a great time kayaking or canoeing, are in town for the famous Norwalk Lion's Club tractor pull, or simply want to get away for a while, there is a lot to do in this small corner of Wisconsin!

Why they chose this property
Levi and I chose this property because we fell in love with it from the moment we learned it was no longer going to be a real estate office. Although we were unable to acquire it at the time, many years later and we've finally made the dream come true and can't wait to share this unique space with you!
What makes this property unique
If you stay with us, you are getting an entire home away from home for an amazing price, and it's close to so many fun things to do!
