Magnificent villa *****, close to the beaches, a swimming pool just for you at 29°, enclosed garden, sleeps 10.
Villa Lisa: Design and elegance, located in a quiet residential area above Sainte Anne beach and close to the heart of the town centre and its amenities, for a great holiday.
This beautiful 214 m2 house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two separate toilets offers excellent living comfort. The children's bedroom has two bunk beds, so they're sure to have fun.
For babies we can provide a cot, high chair and baby bath.
Villa Lisa has been designed, built and furnished by its owners to offer you a warm and friendly space in which to spend quality time with family and friends.
The large 60 m2 kitchen/lounge/living room faces south and west, and has a large terrace and patio, an open-air space at the heart of the villa.
The covered swimming pool, heated to 29°C and totally secure, is particularly pleasant and popular with young and old alike!
You can sunbathe on the large south-facing wooden terrace and enjoy a glass of cider while the children play in the pool. There's also a barbecue, garden furniture for 10 people and a large 3 x 3 metre parasol.
A holiday home for a relaxing holiday in Brittany.
Sun and sandy beaches, country walks or the GR34 hiking trail, relaxation or plenty of exercise.
Saint Pol de Léon is certainly one of Brittany's most attractive and picturesque towns, with a pretty cathedral and historic circular chapel, whose tower (accessed by 162 steps) gives you a magnificent panoramic view of the whole region.
Other beautiful walks to discover include the island of Batz and its exotic garden, and Roscoff, a "little city of character" that has preserved its architectural heritage from the 16th and 17th centuries. The Château du Taureau in the Bay of Morlaix, etc.
The large family beach at Sainte-Anne (blue flag label) near the rental property is supervised (by the fire brigade lifeguards) in summer. It has 2 seawater pools and a diving board.
The Super U supermarket, ten minutes from the villa, is open every day of the year and on Sunday mornings.

Our second holiday at this excellent property. Everything is beautifully presented and M. And Mme. Cueic are very welcoming and considerate hosts. Our three year old grandson would have happily stayed in the pool all day.

A Great relexing time in the wonderful Villa Lisa.

My wife, my sons and I had a very nice time in Saint Pol de Leon and at Villa Lisa. Villa Lisa leaves nothing to be desired with its beautiful location, loving furnishings and great swimming pool. The city and the surrounding area are very beautiful. And the hosts Xavier and Valerie are super nice and helpful. At this point, I would like to say thank you again and best wishes.

Very nice hosts and a great house

We stayed with a group of 9 people (2 families with children) for a week. We have been very kindly welcomed by our hosts - very nice and accommodating people. The house is very modern and new. The equipment especially in the kitchen is really great. There is a watch machine and a dryer. All bedrooms are well equipped and the bathrooms are very modern. Not to forget the great indoor heated pool. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a lot of fun with the family in the pool which is otherwise equipped with a counter-current system. All in all a great vacation and we will be happy to come back!

Wir haben als große Familie (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) 10 Tage in der Villa Lisa verbracht und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, sowohl die Stadt als auch zwei Strände sind nach einem 15-minütigen Spaziergang erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küche ist super augestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll war natürlich der (angenehm warme) Pool. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Villa Lisa gerne weiter!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Lisa war wunderschön. Die Villa ist perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist super sauber. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Swimmingpool! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ondanks het minder aangename weer ... eind september was het heel goed vertoeven in het prachtige huis . Het binnenzwembad was een zegen .Alle comfort is aanwezig . Deze uithoek van Bretagne is heel mooi qua natuur en gastronomisch een aanrader . Hierbij willen we gastheer en gastvrouw bedanken .

Traumurlaub in Traum-Villa!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in dieser Villa und haben es sehr genossen in einem sehr sauberen, sehr vollständig ausgestatteten und absolut ruhig gelegenen Haus unseren Urlaub zu verbirngen. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Accueillies par les propriétaires très gentils. La maison est magnifique et reçues par un panier garni des plus appréciés. Propreté impeccable. Maison tout à fait conforme aux photos. Très agréable séjour dans une belle maison . Finitions et propreté irréprochable . Piscine chauffée de belle taille . La maison est beaucoup plus spacieuse qu’elle n’en a l’aire sur les photos . Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au sein de cette belle villa. La location est parfaitement conforme à la description (même mieux d’ailleurs :-)) La piscine est top et a fait la joie des enfants mais aussi des parents. La région est magnifique, de belles promenades le long de la côte qui permettent de se ressourcer. En somme : Un séjour parfait !!
