Stay right beside the surf when you reserve your stay at Surfside condos in Miramar Beach. Surfside 803 is a comfortably appointed two bedroom, two bathroom vacation rental that can accommodate up to six. This beach view complex is right in the heart of all the fun activities Miramar Beach has to offer, including renowned shopping, dining, and entertainment options. With its community pool and hot tubs, exercise room, on-site cafe, and easy beach access - you may actually find yourself never wanting to leave the resort! Tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts are also available for guest use. Grab a frozen drink from the tiki hut bar to enjoy poolside on the expansive sun deck, or take it with you down to the beach. Don’t worry about having to cross the street, there is a dedicated pedestrian bridge right off the pool deck that will lead you safely down to the white sugar sand. Getting to and from the beach couldn’t be easier, which means maximizing your time to have fun in the sun!

This cheery property is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time on vacation. Prepare and cook meals in your fully equipped kitchen, sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from your expansive balcony, wind down with the crew for a movie night or game night in the living room, and watch the sunset from the comfort of your master bedroom. The Master bedroom features a King bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and balcony access with lovely views of the emerald gulf. It's a wonderful location. The furniture is old, but still comfortable. The fold out couch was almost unusable, it didn't operate smoothly at all, and the balcony furniture was cracked almost broken on one chair. Other than that it was great. There was minimum usuable pans, as most were warped. The hot tubs were both broken, the pool was closed for 2 days, but the beach was great. Make sure you get the 70 dollar insurance on broken items, some of these furnishings are old, no mater how tenderly you treat them, they are going to break on someone

Surfside home

We have been staying at Surfside since 1989. It has everything at a great location If the weather is bad. The Royal Palm restaurant downstairs is excellent! Sports bar is great too. All in all an excellent resort!

Great location and facilities

A very nice place with lot's to take in nearby - Pool and hot tube always clean - Elevated walkway to beach is perfect for access. Tiki barclosed in pool area...why? BBQ area was the best I have seen.

Disappointing family vacation

Our reservation was booked to begin on a Sat at 4:00 pm. Room was not ready at 4. Sat in hallway for almost 2 hours waiting for cleaning staff to finish. Finally got into room around 6:00 pm. Very unapologetic response from management by replying that I should read the fine print that check in times are not really guaranteed so that’s not really their fault. As we are waiting in the hallway, my husband goes down to the front desk to get our parking pass per the instructions, and our reservations are nowhere to be found in their system. Even though we can show them our reservation information, it doesn’t matter because it’s not in their system-because the on-site management company is not the same management company as the condo-Ocean Reef. So, another call to Ocean Reef about Parking Passes to request they call on-site manager to update reservation so we can get our pass. 30 mins later, we have our parking pass as we continue to sit in the hallway. Next day, we get ready to go to pool but have no wristbands needed for access-which are supposed to have been left for us in the condo. Another call to management company at 8 am to request wrist bands which we finally received at 11. By Wednesday, we noticed the AC not cooling as well so we put in an online work order request. Indoor temp was reaching about 78 in the day and 73 in the middle of the night. Thursday morning around 8 am, I called to check the status and reported that it was 78 and they said they would escalate. Maint techs finally showed up around 11:30 to tell us they couldn’t fix it and need to call an expert that should be there in an hour. By 2:00, no one has showed up so called again. Was told they couldn’t find a vendor but was trying. I requested fans to be brought to the condo as it was now around 80 degrees. Finally got fans around 3:30! Please understand-all follow up and requested were made by me. The only return call by the management company was around 4 telling me they found a vendor. Vendor finally showed up around 4:30 , made some adjustments, and finally we had cool air. We were then told to be very careful as the unit was old and needed to be replaced so it could go out again at any time 😳 Top of fridge filthy Only one sink in master Bathroom!!! No closet to hang up clothes in master bedroom!!! Old Rusty loud floor fan in master bedroom. 3 wash clothes for entire condo. 2 hand towels for entire condo. Microwave is loud and timing is off

Short fall getaway

The ocean view was very pretty. Check-in process was excellent. The unit did have a few issues. The master bathroom fan did not work & the toilet did not flush properly. The den furniture could use updating. The sofa & tables are showing a lot of age on them. The kitchen was well equipped. Easy walk to the beach was a big plus!

Great place to stay! Incredible views!

This place is a great place to stay in Miramar Beach. The views are absolutely amazing. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made for a comfortable stay with my family. The master suite is huge! Access to the beach and the pool, hot tub, etc., is excellent. This place has a washer and dryer which was really convenient. The internet is fast (120 Mbps upstream and downstream) and worked pretty good. Two complaints: 1. The check-in process was a complete mess. The "GladToHaveYou" app had all the wrong information. The front desk is NOT a 24-hr front desk...so if you arrive after hours, good luck checking in. 2. The microwave is really loud. Other than that, everything else is perfect.
