Welcome to a newly built 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom townhome just steps away from Jacksonville Beach’s attractions, restaurants, and bars. Only 3 blocks from the ocean, our townhome offers an open floor plan, three bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and two large balconies to enjoy the FL weather.

3 blocks to the beach, 10 mins to Mayo, 20 mins the Jags stadium, 10 mins to TPC.

Our space is perfect for family getaways or groups aiming to enjoy everything Jax Beach has to offer.

This property is amazing! Love the vertical flow, the natural light and the balconies. Water pressure is fantastic. WiFi had a few hiccups when streaming multiple devices but single use was great.

Nice beach home - perfect location!

This home is in the perfect location! The beach, grocery store, package store, restaurants and pharmacy (needed an emergency prescription) was all within 1 mile. I loved the open floor plan of the home. We were able to enjoy time together unlike if we had stayed in a hotel. The owner was also responsive during the booking and check in process. We would stay again for sure.

Great location, great deals place

I highly recommend this spot. It is a great location— near breakfast brunch spot, bars, a brewery with games like ping pong and other activities, it’s near the beach, walking distance to a Walgreens for any items you forgot. As far as the place goes, fast and great communication with Wes. Pictures matched reality and everything was provided. Would stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great Property and Great Location

This home was nice and clean. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We arrived a couple of hours early and he graciously accommodated us. The property was clean and everything worked. They provided all the household items such as paper towels, linens, bathroom items and a complete array of useful things. One major thing for myself was the master bed was a king and very comfortable and the mattress was not worn out. I will be staying in this property again next year.

Awesome Experience at Jacksonville Beach

The house and location was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Nothing is perfect and the only improvement I would ask is the trash bin be empty for the next group. The bin was 1/3 full of old garbage that smelled. Then we were asked to place our garage in and take the bin outside as part of the checkout process. Other than that I would rate the experience a 5 Star. We will likely come back.

This beats the pants off a hotel room. Feels like a new house. Very clean and room to stretch out. Right down the street from the beach and convenient to all types of restaurants and grocery stores. Well be back to Jax one day and this will be our first choice to stay. Thanks Wes.
