Oceanfront, gorgeous view, 4th floor overlooking pool

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (master bath has shower only/guest bath has full tub) comes with 2 parking spaces. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig coffeemaker (and regular drip coffeemaker), mounted hairdryers in both bathrooms, KING size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in guest bedroom plus pullout couch in living room. Electric fireplace/media console just added to unit. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels provided. Condo located next to beachfront park. Access to the beach is through the park, immediately to the south or 4th Ave. to the north. The pool gate that opens to the dunes is locked permanently to protect the dues. There is a path next to pool that accesses beach through the park. The city is very serious about rebuilding and protecting the dunes. Walking distance of great food, 4 blocks south of Beach Blvd. Comcast with HBO. Unit is on fourth floor with parking being first floor so ... 3 flights of stairs, NO ELEVATOR (sorry). I look at it as guaranty of at least a little exercise. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. We now have INTERNET. Guest room has Roku TV as there is no cable outlet in guest bedroom. Just bought 2 beach chairs with small cooler pouches and storage pouches, drink holders. Beach chairs come and go as they fall apart….PARKING: somewhere in my listing is INCORRECT parking info as assigned spaces have changed (not sure where this info is posted in my listing).
