Inclusive is fibre optic WIFI, cable, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, air conditioning, and 2 large outdoor decks at back and upper floor. Bright, airy and comfortable to kick back and relax.

I did a lot of research on where to stay and could not be happier with our decision to stay here. The location was absolutely perfect. The Little Bay Country Club is a quiet, beautiful. well maintained spot. I even went back and forth on which house to rent within the LBCC and was so happy we picked this one. The access to the beach is so quick and easy. The beach itself is quiet and secluded. There were maybe a dozen beach chairs available and we never had any trouble finding one to relax in. The snorkeling within the bay was fantastic- better than the excursion we paid for out to Booby Cay. We saw so much amazing sea life, including sting rays, puffer fish, and several octopus. The house itself is perfect: Clean and comfortable, A/C in every room, plenty of water pressure, a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Perfect Negril Vacay

Can't say enough about how fantastic this stay was! From pre-trip communication with Brenda (detailed, friendly, helpful and timely) to the entire house experience. Super clean, comfortable and presented even better than advertised. Sher, the house manager, was attentive, right there when we arrived and departed, all smiles and accommodating, available via WhatsApp the whole time. Literally ACROSS THE STREET from a huge pool and a private beach inside a cove, on a protected reef with amazing snorkeling and warm, calm water. Sunsets?? Check. Peaceful? Check. Always lounge chairs available. All the staff inside the development were friendly and helpful, including helping us get cabs and even telling us how much to pay. Felt completely safe. 10 min cab ride from town. Recommend a stop or two at the grocery store to stock up on snacks and whatever you'll want to cook with. Can't wait to go back, Mon!

Wonderful stay

VRBO Review We just returned from Brenda's wonderful apartment at LBCC and literally just booked our next two trips there. We love LBCC and its vibe. It was our fourth time we stayed at the complex, but Brenda's place was by far the best of all of the apartments we have stayed in. We have been coming to Jamaica for over 20 years and have stayed all over the island in all different types of accommodations. Sufficed to stay, we have stayed here the last four times we have been to JA, so it is our favorite. If you like quiet, serenity, and good conversation with both Jamaicans and tourists, then this is the place. We have a routine whereby we enjoy the morning and early afternoon at LBCC pool and beach, and then we go to 7 mile beach, particularly Bloody Bay, Boat Bar, and Bourbon Beach. LBCC gives you the best of both worlds, since you are so close to those other beaches. Brenda's apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom that is fully updated with everything in excellent working order. While most of the units at LBCC are fairly similar to each other, a couple of things stand out about this one. First, all the beds are of high quality and very comfortable. That is not always the case. Secondly, one of the main problems we have experienced in other units is the poor quality of the showers. There tends to be bad water pressure and very little hot water. Neither was the case in this unit. In fact, both the hot water and water pressure was perfect....better than my own home. Additionally, there are three balconies which is great! Brenda, the owner, is also super nice and the most responsive of any VRBO owner I have dealt with. The house manager, Sher, is also extremely nice and helpful. A genuinely great person! Finally, it should be noted that each LBCC owner gets to set their own rates. These rates vary widely from unit to unit. Brenda's rates are very reasonable. I rarely write reviews...this place though, deserves a great one!

I have to say that Debbie and her family were the best of the best guests. Sher our House Manager has verified they were one of the best to date. Debbie was a pleasure to communicate with. Debbie's emails and texts highlighted her warm personality and it was a pleasure communicating with her. Our house was well looked after during their stay which provided great comfort to us. Hibiscus House can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Smart Tv's in Living Room and Master Bedroom. 2nd Bedroom also includes a TV.
Fully equipped kitchen includes side by side fridge that includes filtered water dispenser and ice cube maker, microwave, cooktop and oven, washer and dryer and all kitchen basics that you expect.
Back Deck surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers boasts comfortable outdoor furniture seating and a BBQ for grilling. Upper Deck facing the pool/sea area (steps away) also has two lounge chairs and additional seating for sunbathing or to enjoy an afternoon cocktail.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and A/C.
2nd Bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds that can be used together as a double bed. Closet includes a closet organizer for your belongings.
Master Bedroom has a large closet that contains a large dresser, shelving and hanging unit.
Ensuite bathroom includes separate soaking tub, walk-in glass shower with a rain head and hand held fixtures.
2nd Upstairs Bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower with same fixtures.
Main floor includes a convenient powder room.
Complimentary Starbucks coffee for your first day.
Complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner just in case you forgot something.

Additional Info
Our House Manager Sher is available to cook for our guests. Cher will buy the groceries, prepare & cook for our guests including clean up after dinner. Her cooking is amazing!
