Stunning views from this bright and well equipped duplex Penthouse with a terrace as large as the apartment itself. Visit us at www. apartment-saintraphael. com. Included is access to the large Seasonal swimming pool in a modern building with secure underground parking - well maintained grounds and wonderful sandy beaches or rocky coves within walking distance.
The master suite is on a separate level to the rest of the apartment and is made up of a bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet with its own private balcony overlooking the sea and Lion de Mer Island.
On the floor above the two bright, twin bedrooms share a bathroom and also have a separate toilet. All beds and bedding to high standard for a really good nights sleep.
The sitting room and dining area onto an extremely large terrace with views to Saint Raphaël bay reaching to St Maxime and St Tropez. There are two dining areas to choose from depending on the angle of the sun and a chic seating area for cocktails.
The apartment has air-conditioning with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. WIFI runs throughout the apartment. For that extra feel of luxury we have installed a freestanding large capacity ice machine so you never run out or have to fill ice trays. Of course there is the all important Nespresso machine. A wine fridge (in addition to the kitchen fridge) allows for plenty of space to chill the rosé. And for functionality there is a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Pop across the road to the Port Santa Lucia where there are a wide variety of restaurants and bars catering to all budgets, a supermarket (open 7 days a week from 8am to 7.30pm), tabac, deli, and fishmonger in the marina.
Stroll right along the seafront to Saint Raphaël town with its sandy beach or Frejus Plage just beyond. Wander left to a beautiful quiet cove set in amongst the cliffs ideal for snorkelling and rock jumping.
Take a trip in the car to the 800m white sandy beach at Saint Aygulf, Agay, Boulouris, Frejus old town, Saint Maxime, Grasse, or St Paul de Vence. Take a train from Saint Raphaël along the Riviera to explore Cannes, Nice, Eze, Antibes and Monaco. Walk to the ferries from Saint Raphael to take in the sights of St Tropez or the secluded Island of Porquerolles or enjoy an excursion trip to Île St Marguerite or Les Calanques de L'Esterel.
The sailing school is next to the marina where you can learn sailing windsurfing at very reasonable prices or just rent the equipment.
A really wonderful place to spend a holiday with regular seasonal firework displays, carousels, local provencal produce markets, a water sports centre, mini golf, diving, extensive shopping for all budgets, a fresh fish market, hiking in the Esterel Mountains nearby or just relaxing on the beach and swimming in the sea or the pool.

The apartment and balcony were spacious as described. The bathrooms were excellent and the kitchen well equipped. Views from the balcony were spectacular and the facilities in the Marine opposite were incredibly convenient plus a bus stop just down the road enabled us to ride into San Raphael just three short stops. The AC units were invaluable. An excellent apartment.
The apartment was lovely! Very clean, efficient air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen . Gorgeous views from the terrace too. We would highly recommend this property

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Well equipped and comfortable. Road noise for main bedroom can be intrusive at times but you can imagine this by its location. I’m noise sensitive anyway(!) secure parking. Recommend this for a family stay.

You are absolutely right, sea views right on the coast along the Riviera are famously along coastal roads that can be a little noisier in the high season.

We had a fantastic vacation at this condo!
The sweeping views of the Mediterranean are beautiful and can be enjoyed from the wrap around balcony or from inside the unit. The unit is open with a lot of windows & plenty of room for everyone. The balcony is huge! It's almost as large as the unit itself.The pictures on VRBO do not capture how beautiful it really is.
The beds were very comfortable & the unit was well stocked for a family of six.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Happy hours & meals on the balcony were a great way to spend the day. Restaurants, shoppng & groceries were right across the street with easy access.
The owner was very responsive to every question we had. Check in & check out was very easy.
We definitely look forward to staying here again!

We completely agree, it is impossible to photograph the views (we have tried), they need to be seen. We are so pleased you found the Penthouse had everything you needed. We would love to welcome you back if you return to Saint Raphaël.
My Husband and I stayed here in the summer with out two children and parents. The apartment was exceptional, excellent cleanliness, amazing views and spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults and two teenagers. Having two bathrooms was ideal and having a bedroom on the lower level meant that my parents could have their own privacy when they needed. The kitchen was well equipped, sofas were comfortable in the lounge and the beds were also comfortable. The outdoor space was large, it was good having the option to sit outside for dining, especially in the evening watching the stunning sun set. The parasols were a saviour in the midday heat. We had a wonderful two weeks, can not complain or make a negative comment on any aspect of the apartment or facilities. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend to anyone considering to stay.

We are delighted that you really enjoyed the views and found the apartment comfortable and well maintained for a great holiday. We were also happy to accommodate your couple of extra requests. Both bathrooms and their separate toilets were fully renovated to a very high standard last year.
Das Appartement erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, wobei im 4. Stock ein „Elternschlafzimmer“ mit kleinem Balkon, ein geräumiges, modernes Badezimmer und eine Toilette sind. Oben befindet sich der Wohnbereich. Es schließen sich die Küche und ein Flur an, von dem noch zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Toilette und ein Bad abgehen. In dem Flur befindet sich ein Weinklimaschrank!
Man hat drei Ausgänge auf die „Terrasse/Balkon“. Terrasse gibt es im 5. Stock ja nicht, fühlt sich aber so an, weil sie riesig ist. Hier hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Hafen und den Golf von Saint Tropez. Wenn man sich über das Geländer beugt, schaut man direkt auf den Pool,in dem man morgens auch ungestört sportlich schwimmen kann.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief schnell und unkompliziert; sie war auch immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Verwalterin vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und für höhere Fahrzeuge (> 1,90 m) einen reservierten Stellplatz im Freien auf dem abgesperrten Gelände der Wohnanlage.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in Top-Zustand.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einige gute bis sehr gute Restaurants, einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt mit sehr guter Metzgereiabteilung.
Da die Wohnung direkt am Hafen liegt, muss man zu den Stränden etwas laufen, dafür hat man aber Auswahl zwischen Sand-, Kies- und Felsstrand, stets mit kristallklarem Wasser.
Alles in allem haben wir uns hier extrem wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment extends over two floors, with the 4th floor having a "master bedroom" with a small balcony, a spacious, modern bathroom and a toilet. The living area is upstairs. This is followed by the kitchen and a hallway, from which two more bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom lead off. In the hallway there is a wine cooler! There are three exits to the "terrace/balcony". There is no terrace on the 5th floor, but it feels like one because it is huge. [We call the large outside space a terrace in English) Here you have a wonderful view of the harbor and the Gulf of Saint Tropez. If you lean over the railing, you look directly at the pool, where you can also swim undisturbed in the morning. Communication with the landlady was quick and uncomplicated; she was always helpful. The on-site manager was also very friendly and helpful. There is an underground car park and a reserved outdoor parking space for taller vehicles (> 1.90 m) on the fenced-off grounds of the residential complex. The apartment was very clean and in top condition. In the immediate vicinity there are some good to very good restaurants, a bakery and a small supermarket with a very good butcher's department. Since the apartment is right by the harbor, you have to walk a bit to get to the beaches, but you can choose between sand, pebbles and rocky beaches, always with crystal clear water. All in all, we felt extremely comfortable here and would love to come back!

Prachtig uitzicht vanuit een wat gedateerd appartement
Verbleven hier recentelijk één week. Prachtig uitzicht op baai van St Raphael. Jammer dat de aanwezige zonneschermen niet door huurders gebruikt konden cq mochten worden. De aanwezige parasols functioneerden onvoldoende(parasolvoets niet zwaar genoeg),waardoor het terras veelal niet gebruikt kon worden(te warm).Winkel(Spar) en wat restaurants in de nabijheid bij de jachthaven. Discotheek aan de overzijde van het appartementencomplex, met 3 avonden per week overlastgevende muziek.Appartement en complex is wat gedateerd.
Tijdens ons verblijf was het zwembad van het complex niet toegangkelijk, dit was (zeer) kort voor aanvang van ons verblijf door de eigenaar vermeld incl gedeeltelijke creditering(200,00). De strandtenten bij St Raphael(Sandy Plage) zijn goed te bereiken.
Het contact met de verhuuragent Christine ging vlekkeloos en was plezierig. De door ons gememoreerde zaken rondom: Terras(hitte), Disco overlast en gedateerdheid bleken bij haar bekend en al door voorgaande huurders besproken te zijn.

Ik ben blij dat u een goed verblijf heeft gehad in Saint Raphaël en heeft genoten van de stranden en het uitzicht.
We vonden het erg jammer dat het zwembad te laat gesloten was en hopen dat de korting die we u boden van £ 200 deze situatie heeft verzacht. Dit was onverwacht en buiten onze macht omdat er abest werd verwijderd uit een nabijgelegen gebouw.
Zoals geadviseerd kunnen we de luifels van het appartement niet huren vanwege herhaalde breuken wanneer gasten ze bij harde wind open hebben gelaten met dure reparaties waarvoor we niet kunnen verzekeren. We kunnen deze tegen een hogere borg aanbieden, maar de meeste gasten zijn blij met de parasols (die alleen omvallen bij mistralwind). Er is schaduw beschikbaar vanaf de overhang van het dak tijdens de maaltijden en op het balkon beneden, maar de Franse Rivièra is heet en er wordt muziek gespeeld tijdens de vakantieperiode. We hebben elektronische rolluiken en airconditioning tijdens het slapen en merken niet dat de muziek meestal niet tussen 23.00 en 12.00 uur speelt. We zijn bezig met het opnieuw betegelen van het appartement om het uiterlijk te vernieuwen.

Beste uitzicht ooit
We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad gedurende 2 weken. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras en het terras zelf zijn fantastisch. Ook de locatie en het stadje is ontzettend leuk en gezellig. Vlakbij een winkel, dus super. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving met de trein, bus of auto. Het appartement zelf is goed voor een vakantiewoning, maar wat gedateerd en versleten. Het staat ook helemaal vol met meubelen en spullen. Verder prima en voor de ouders een goed bed. Wat jammer was, dat ik het mede had geboekt voor het zwembad wat erbij was, maar deze grotendeels gesloten bleek te zijn en niet schoongemaakt. Dat was een tegenvaller. Verder een prima vakantie gehad.
Uns (4 Personen) hat die Wohnung über 2 Ebenen gut gefallen. 2 Schlafzimmer u Wohnbereich mit Klimaanlage im Sommer sehr angenehm, Küche u Bäder haben noch teilweise Charme der 80er, aber Küchengeräte sind neu u alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Unschlagbar ist die große Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer, den Hafen u die schöne Bucht. Anfang September konnten wir sie gut nutzen. Pool ist für eine schnelle Abkühlung gut, aber da es schöne Buchten u Strände in der Nähe gibt, haben wir dort mehr Zeit verbracht. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

La location est conforme à la description, la vue est magnifique, le cadre idyllique, le logement est propre et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour (climatisation, literie...) . Tout se trouve à proximité : plages, commerces, restaurants, gare...
Nous sommes venus en train et avons tout fait à pieds.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Christine dès notre arrivée.
Il n'y a aucun point négatif et avons été ravis de ce séjour.

Bien que peu exploitable par temps de mistral, ce qui a été notre cas, la terrasse de l’appartement est exceptionnelle, et l’appartement lui-même est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipé.
Nicola et son agent Christine sont d’un contact très agréable et tout à fait accommodantes.
Ce fut un séjour très agréable.
Ce duplex penthouse est absolument superbe et confortable. Spacieux, les espaces de vies ( nuit et jour) sont très bien différenciés. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses.
L'espace de vie cuisine et salon bien agencé.
La terrasse est très grande et la vue magnifique sur toute la baie de Saint Raphael. On ne se lasse pas de cette vue tout au long de la journée. Cadre idéal pour passer des vacances, le seul bémol est le fait que l'on ne peut pas utiliser les stores ou les très grands parasols en cas de vent... ce qui arrive !
Facile pour stationner, proche de toutes les commodités du port, plage urbaine à 15 minutes et avec 20 minutes de marche accès aux criques rouges de l'Estérel. Nous étions 5 et nous avons passé une très belle semaine fin août. Je recommande cet appartement et je remercie le propriétaire pour sa disponibilité.

Penthouse très agréable, une vue magnifique. L’appartement est très bien équipé et bien placé, tous commerces à proximité. Parfait si vous voulez en plus faire quelques sorties en bateau avec le port en face accessible à pied.

I have spent summers at my father's flat at Le Mexico In St Raphael since 1984 and now my husband and I have bought our own apartment in the same building to continue having holidays here with our three boys who have all learnt to swim, dive, sail, windsurf and hike here over the years.
Why they chose this property
Le Mexico and the swimming pool are well maintained and respected by all the residents. Le Mexico is easily located for beaches, convenience shopping/eating on the port, the sailing club and the main town. The location makes it possible to walk everywhere local and still take exciting day trips along the Riviera or into Provence.
What makes this property unique
The beauty of the surrounding countryside has so much to do. Saint Raphael is truly a French holiday resort with few other languages spoken. This area does not carry the heavy prices of other better known places along the Riviera and has not been spoilt by too many international tourists. The town and beaches are safe with the famous blue sea of the Cote d'azur. It is easily accessed by rail and car without the traffic jams of other towns.
