Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist ideal für sämtliche Aktivitäten in Arcachon - zentral aber trotzdem ruhig, weil die Schlafzimmer sich auf der Hofseite befinden. Die Wohnung war wirklich sauber und vollständig ausgestattet.

Ruim woon-appartement

Ons verblijf van twee weken is reuze meegevallen, Het is een ruim en net woon-appartement gelegen knal in het centrum, op de as tussen de lift en het strand. Van hieruit kan je shoppen, een wandeling maken op de lange promenade, via de lift het park en Ville d4Hiver bezoeken alsook op tien minuutjes wandelen naar het station (binnen het uur sta je met de trein in het centrum van Bordeaux). De Monoprix is rechtover de deur voor de dagelijkse boodschappen, maar wij verkozen de vele restaurantjes in de binnenstad. Kortom een net en ruim appartement waar men zich niet ingeblikt voelt zoals in zovele vakantieappartementen. Nog een pluspunt is de garage, want de parkeerplaatsen in de straten zijn niet alleen schaars, maar ook betalend.

Bon appartement très bien situé

L’appartement est très bien situé par rapport à la plage et aux commerces. Il est propre. Le parking est un vrai atout. 2 terrasses, une à l’arrière au calme et une coté rue. De plus, il est vraiment bien équipé: un vrai four, une plancha, et d'autres petites choses qui rendent le séjour plus facile et plus agréable comme des étagères dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires et des barres pour les serviettes de toilette, des fils à linge (pour le retour de plage, c’est quand plus pratique!), des portes-manteaux, des meubles et étagères pour poser ses sacs et valises, de la vaisselle (on n’est pas obligé de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à chaque repas...). On voit la différence quand les propriétaires viennent aussi séjourner dans l’appartement plutôt que de seulement le louer. Les propriétaires ont été arrangeants, faciles à joindre et agréables. Seul bémol, l’appartement est peu lumineux car situé au premier étage et le côté rue est quand bruyant, mais on est en plein centre-ville...
