1700 sq ft home, newly remodeled, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs: family room with large screen TV, internet, along with Smart TV’s. (Please note that due to location, internet may not be available), Washer and dryer downstairs. β€œPeak a boo” view of the bay. Lots of parking space, backyard deck with BBQ grill and raspberries around the property. Everything you need to relax at the end of the day located in the middle of Homer! Walking distance to Main Street and riding distance to the Spit. This is a split level entry home! Three queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin XL bunk beds (4 twin beds). Easily sleep 8-10! If you have children, check out the Hornaday Park, just a couple of minutes from the house! Beautiful playground! Perfect for a family reunion! No smoking, no pets. Guests will be charged for missing or damaged items. No processing of fish allowed on property.

The house was very clean and lots of room. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Clean, comfortable and room for everyone.

We stayed in Homer and this place was located just minutes from the Spit, Wildlife museum and hikes. The kids loved the bunk beds and the two bathroom were a necessity! Owner was also flexible when I had to make a date change.

Fishing adventure

We had a great time fishing at fishing hole and visiting friends. Everyone was super friendly and as my daughter put it it felt like we got to live a week in Homer πŸ˜€

Great house

Very clean and well-equipped with all we need, the house is spacious, convenient and quite. The downstairs level is bright, with big windows. Fair price. The owner Rhonda is very responsive, helpful and generous. We love Homer, amazing beautiful place. We will come back again!

Homer AK Bayview

We were visiting Homer for a family memorial, so we were not sightseeing and enjoying all of the great outdoor activities Homer has to offer. That being said, house was great, well stocked (especially the kitchen- which is sometimes not the case w VRBO rentals), had great location and was a perfect landing spot for our family.

Cranes in the yard

Sweet little home. We ran the grill out of gas. The management was able to pick up the empty and fill it ASAP. Much appreciated for the supper plans. Easy for check in and check out. I would recommend to all.

The location is perfect and close to everything. the home overall is comfortable. The beds are comfortable. We were somewhat taken back by the cleanliness and could have been better but not enough to leave bad marks. The sand hill cranes we delightful to encounter and the window view of the mountains is superb.Some of the appliances need updating but did work.

Thanks for the comments. Both the cleaning lady and property manager did an inspection of the home before your party arrived and there were no issues. The home is an older Alaskan home and may be outdated on a few things. But, this is Alaska and a lot of rentals have older appliances. Please let us know if you plan to visit Homer again, I would suggest one of the local hotels or 2nd Star Mansion down the road.😊

Lovely Mountain View

Wonderful stay. Beautiful view of the mountains. We had a moose and her babies spend a whole day in the yard. Super cute. Close to everything and clean and comfortable.
