Absolutely outstanding property. You can’t beat that view! Host was very responsive and helpful!Plenty of pool and bath towels. All of the amenities were happily appreciated by the kids and adults. Highly recommend and we hope to visit again! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing property for a get together of families with children (reunions), etc. It has everything to keep kids/teens entertained - from billiards, foosball, corn hole, a putting green, a pool with a water slide, a trampoline, a swing set and a Pac Man video game console. It’s also close to conveniences like Walmart, target, etc if you need last minute food items or necessities. Owner was easy to communicate with. Loved the space for multiple families to spread out.. We even did a Family Olympics and game nights.. so perfect for our gathering! Many fun memories made here!

The air conditioning is a problem, the house is worn down but functional. Certainly meet our needs except for Air conditioning’. It was 100 degrees out and the second house air couldn’t keep up AT ALL there’s no air in the bedrooms and it was a problem. And even the lower 4 bedrooms in the lowers part of the main house didn’t not get even cool…The pool is amazing!!!! If the air were addressed, we would stay again.

Fantastic place for my 4 adult children and their SO’s! Great pool with amazing views! Host was very responsive with an issue we had with the fridge and had it fixed within an hour.

Very kind and understanding host. I can gladly say Kevin is the best host I’ve come in contact with. The home itself is extremely well maintained. All amenities and activities are amazing. Definitely planning on booking again in the future !

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The size, location, and openness of the property was fantastic. We were there for the extended weekend for a wedding, and overall it was a great experience for all of our guests. However, the home had several deficiencies and I highly recommend that the owner actually walk through and address. The GOOD: The pool was amazing. The slide was a hit. The sleeping capacity of the home was great for our needs and left some extra room should we need it. The outside covered gazebo area with the fire pit was really nice outside, especially in rainy/damp weather. Some downsides: - The pool, for which we paid several hundred dollars to heat, was BARELY heated. If the 4 times we wanted to swim, only twice could we- *DEAD* Ants were everywhere, unwiped. I understand that ants get in, however, the ants all around the inside were dead everywhere and were obviously sprayed with pesticide. After spraying in nearly every room for ants, the dead ants were left where they lay - everywhere. I question how it could be "cleaned" given the pesticide ants.- The ADU did not have hot water on Sunday/Monday at all- AC did not work well. - Toilet upstairs (not the master) was loose that we were worried would break or fall over. - The freezer was so frozen over that it didn't seal and it leaked water. Would we come back again? Not unless the AC and pool are working. I hope they schedule a thorough walk through to address all of the maintenance issues.

Family Escape

Our large family of 12 had a great stay. The outdoor spaces were great for age spread (10-80). There was plenty for everyone to do. The pool is a larger than normal size and the setup worked out well for everyone. Kevin, the manager is fantastic and responsive.

Perfect Staycation

This house was perfect for a staycation we planned with friends! There was plenty of space inside and out. The pool and slide were a hit with the kids and the hot tub for the adults. The view was incredible and even though we were surrounded by other houses, it felt very secluded which was nice.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed this place so much as it was perfect to have a big family come together in one place to celebrate birthdays and have a family reunion. The pool/slide was awesome and used everyday. It was a convenient location and central to some of Southern California beaches and amusement parks.

Kevin was great!

Perfect home for my stay! Kevin was a great host! He was so tentative and easy to reach out to. The home was beautiful and lots of things to do, my group was never bored! I would recommend.
