Renovated apartment near Arc Triomphe - 2P

Very bright, it can accommodate 2 people. You can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and high speed wifi access. Located on the 4th floor, you will find a large tastefully decorated room with living room and dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a drying washing machine, an induction oven, hot plates and all modern comforts (wifi, smart tv etc). All linens (bedding and towels) are provided.

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied.

The apartment is located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. It is close to shops, restaurants and public transport. It is therefore ideally located in one of the most pleasant areas of the capital. Close to the Parc Monceau, and a myriad of restaurants and cafes, you can make the most of Parisian life.

Metro Wagram (Line 3) 1 minute walk. You will be on the Champs Elysées in less than 10 minutes by bus.

AVOID - WORS PLACE EVER
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Not even one good thing to point at. From the moment I walked in it smelled awful, mould on the walls, mouse droppings, nails bitings. Paint cracked everywhere specially in the shower. Kitchen was dirty, even the used pods in the coffee machine from the previous tenants. Bed duvet and mattress had massive stains on it. Cherry on top was that the fire alarm had two used condoms wrapped around it. All this was reported to both the host and Vrbo and both Ignored saying that it was not refundable and there was nothing that they could do. I called and email several times straight after arriving and no solution. They ruined my first day in Paris and I ended up booking a hotel. Wont use Vrbo ever again. Pictures of everything reported were sent to both Vrbo and the property manager. I would literally avoid booking anything through them for piece of mind.

Nice but could do with a bit of maintenance
This place is greatly located, just two steps away from Wagram metro station. It’s functional and comfortable, however things like the shower menacing to fall on you and the bathroom lights not working could be easily fixed if some attention was given to it.

Great location - convenient
Great location, safe, convenient to Metro, clean, great shower, kitchen had all we wanted. Pictures made it seem more spacious and didn’t reveal the cosmetic blemishes. Would stay there again but make sure you’re in shape if you stay on the 4th floor!
