3 bed 2 bath condo 1.5 blocks from beach/boards

Comfortably appointed, tastefully decorated, bright and airy top floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located on the 200 block of E Roberts. Less than 2 blocks to beach/boards, 2.5 blocks from convention center, and 2 blocks from Adventure amusement pier and Fox Park. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Private 2 car garage. Private balcony off living room. Shared outdoor showers. Top floor orientation allows for plentiful sunlight and no need to worry about footsteps overhead.

Limited toiletries and incidentals are supplied, saving you from having to pack too much or run out to the store.

WiFi and streaming TV available throughout the unit.

Various board, card games, and puzzles are provided for the occasional rainy day.

Beach cart and sand toys can be found in the garage and are welcome to be used.

Sheet/pillowcases and towels to be provided by renter. Pillows and comforters are supplied by owner.

*Strictly no pets and no groups under 25. Anyone found to be in violation of these terms is subject to immediate eviction without refund.

**For the safety and security of our guests and property, one exterior security camera/Ring doorbell is located at the front entrance. Tampering with this device or covering the lens is prohibited and is cause for immediate eviction without refund.

***Primary renter must provide photo ID prior to final payment or reservation will be cancelled.

Please note that the unit is not handicap accessible or ideal for those with mobility impairments.

The location was great and the beach wagon provided helped make our trips to the beach easy! Beware this property is on the third floor. We did not mind, however because it was quiet. Our host was very responsive. Great vacation spot for teens.

Great stay!

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find the condo was way more spacious than it appeared in pictures and super close to the beach!! It had everything we needed for our weekend beach getaway from coolers to beach chairs. The place was super clean and all the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Property

Prom weekend with Moms

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I enjoyed sitting out on the deck with my morning coffee. Our girls had a great time as well playing games, going to the beach and boards. I highly recommend this home. Not the mention the neighbors were all really nice also.

The Perfect Beach Condo!

This condo is actually even nicer than the photos -- they do not do it justice! Beautiful place, and great location a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. There are restaurants and convenience stores close by too. Very clean with lots of extra amenities. We had a perfect vacation!

Nice place great location near the beach. Plenty of space and better looking than the pictures! Actual unit a little hard to find, up a few flights of stairs so pack lightly. Host was quick to respond when we needed help.

Great Property

We had a wonderful time helping my daughter celebrate her 16th birthday. Even though it rained most of the weekend, the kids made the best of it and I enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful condo.
