Maison propre, au calme et agréable. Equipment au complet à l'exception de la machine à laver.Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible.Un bémol sur la quotation de la maison: proche de la mer effectivement mais dans la pratique, avec des enfants, il faut prendre la voiture pour accéder aux plages familiales (plusieurs à quelques minutes).

la maison est proche de nombreuses plages plus ou moins sauvages , pour la baignade, le surf . Il est agréable de randonner sur le sentier des douaniers . les commerces et de nombreux restaurants sont proches et accessibles facilement
