This studio is all about location! You'll be within talking distance to the beach, so don't hesitate to pack your sunscreen and beach towels! If cooking isn't your forte, you can always visit downtown Miramar Beach, which offers a plethora of dining options and you can find it less than three miles west. Find the best sales, designer stores, and dining options at Silver Sands Premium Outlets (less than three miles away). Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
