Incredibly Clean, Beautiful Unit

The unit was exceptionally clean with all of the amenities. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the unit is conveniently located near the parking lot (and also the beach!) I would book again and again!

Great place and will be back!

The condo was very clean and the location was great! The only complaint is the bed is hard and the blanket are thin. Other than that we will definitely be back!

Disliked: Location

Not great

It’s less than motel experience. No kitchen,only mini fridge, no washer dryer, 1 finger size of shampoo for 6 days 5 nights, have to buy to use. Really old building. For the price I rather stay at motel and motel even has more stuff than here. The only plus is close to the beach.

Nice place

Pros. Very nice and functional place to stay. The location is only 3-4 minutes away from the beach which was very convenient. There are some beach chairs that we were able to use when going to the beach. Cons- TV stand/drawers need to be updated. The walls are not sound proof, we can here the conversations from the other rooms. The bed frame was squeaky loud. The lighting was stingy, only one bulb out 4 bulbs in the hallway and same in bathroom sink. Otherwise we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed my stay

I enjoyed my stay. The view was great, and being able to partake in the fitness center activities was nice; you can take tennis lessons, yoga and pilates classes, ect. There is also a mini golf and basketball area on-site. Also, the beach was just a 5 minute walk away. The only complaint is that the jets in the bathtub kept releasing black particles. And the pillows were not very comfortable. Other than that, the room and balcony was clean and inviting. P.s.: They provided a small, but spacious fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glassware, and utensils.

Nice condo

Very clean, alot of options for things to do. Only problem was walls are paper thin and could hear everything from unit next door (conversations, dishes being set on counter etc)

Good and bad

The pros: Proximity to the beach. It's a private beach. The location is close to great shopping, activities, and restaurants. The number of amenities on the property. The cons: My room had a jetted tub that I was excited to use after an 18 hour travel day. Unfortunately, the water turned cold when the bath was only half full. Settling for a lukewarm bath, I turned on the jets. A foamy, orange colored skum began to appear on top of the water. In addition, I began to see particles floating as well. Needless to say I tapped out on that idea and settled for a shower. The rooms desperately need more soundproofing!! My room was adjoined to another which wasn't bad for my first 5 nighys when nobody was there. However, on night 6, a bitter, arguing couple moved in next door and I could hear EVERYTHING! From the refrigerator opening to the shower running, to their incessant, acerbic arguing, I could hear it all. Not exactly relaxing or conducive to sleep. Overall it's not bad, I'd go back simply because of the beach and bring ear plugs.

Vacasa Tops'l Resort

The resort was well maintained, the staff and guests were friendly. The studio was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a nice view of the pool area and adjourning woods. The issue we had with the unit was poor insulation in the walls allowing for sounds/noise coming from the adjacent rooms to easily enter our room. We could clearly hear our neighbor talking on the phone to include the voice on speaker phone. Upon check-in we were made aware of the noise issue and, of course, that there wasn't anything that could be done about it. Knowing this to be a problem should have been mentioned upfront before an individual books the Unit.
