3305 Windsor Court South -Amazing renovated 3rd Floor Oceanfront Villa

This beautiful renovate oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean! Upon entering this 3rd-floor oasis, you are greeted with views of the ocean through the living room sliding glass doors. A beautiful updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an open living, dining, and kitchen concept. The view over the pool to the ocean will leave you wanting to return!

*3/24/25 The hot tub at Windsor Court is currently closed due to a major leak. We do not have a time frame when the repair will be completed they are working to find the leak and figure out a solution.

Lovely home!

We loved every minute of our stay at this villa. It was a very beautiful place, loved the ocean view we had. Also was very very pleased with the cleanliness. Would highly recommend and we would love to come back sometime!

The property was as described. Good view of the ocean beyond the pool. It was clean. It had some age but not unexpected given the beach environment. Great towels and beach towels. Close to stores, etc.

Quick summer get away before school

My daughter from New York was dying to get back to Hilton head to spend time with family and i booked this condo on the beach and it was amazing ! Rented bikes and relaxed on the beach !

Wonderful stay in Palmetto Dunes

We had a great time staying here for our recent trip to Hilton Head. Everything was clean and just like it is shown in the listing photos. Great location, plenty of amenities, and exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for our wedding, and the host left us a bottle of champagne and a nice note, which was so thoughtful! We did have trouble with the hot water in the primary bathroom shower and we were never able to successfully log into the Vacation Company online portal, but those issues were very minor. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay

Always great location and always clean with Vacation Company. One point I’d like to see better from vacation company is better communication. The unit below reported leaking in ceiling and two gentlemen stating they were with vacation company knocked on door asking to investigate. It ended up not being a big deal, but I don’t like letting strangers in without notice. They were respectful but you never know….

Great location in Palmetto Dunes. Grounds were pretty and well maintained. The condo smelled as soon as we walked in. It's good looking in the pictures online and when you see it in person its a little disappointing. It had a dirty furniture/carpet smell in the whole condo. The refrigerator never got cool and the food we bought b4 we arrived had to be thrown out after realizing that the fridge was not working the next morning. They were prompt in responding to our call and got us a mini fridge in the meantime. They came to fix it the next day but had to order a part that wouldn't be in until after we checked out. That was a bummer. Great size unit for sure to have all 5 of us comfortably. Couldn't find local news stations and not sure if the cable worked like it should. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean.

First ever sisters trip!

We are all in our 50s and mom is in her 80s. This was our first ever girls trip and we will return again next year and every year after! The condo was so lovely that we spent the entire first day inside on the comfortable sofas playing cards and catching up! The condo was so clean and beautiful and comfortable!!! We all highly recommend it!!!

Lovely stay at Windsor Court South

Great location very near the beach. Condo well appointed and good layout. It would have been nice to have a chaise on the balcony...high top table and chairs not conducive to reading. Overall a fantastic place...definitely would stay there again!

Spectacular!

We came in for a long weekend to enjoy a quick beach getaway and had a wonderful time! The property and the condo were really great. The condo had a great view and was extremely clean. It had EVERYTHING that we could possibly need. We can't wait to come back. It was the best condo unit that we've stayed at in Palmetto Dunes.

Fabulous Condo!

My husband & I loved this condo!! The location was so great to be close to the ocean. We rented bikes for our grandsons who loved riding along the beach. This condo's kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. Even a huge bowl for me to serve my Ck Caesar salad in the gazebo area around the pool. I was able to grill my chicken on one of the many wonderful grills located near that area too! The beds were the best and the place was decorated so beautifully. Some of the condo's that our other kids rented were very dated so we were happy to have this fabulous place. We will return for sure!!

This property had a great layout, kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking items, and the two bedrooms were laid out well. Very enjoyable place to stay and plan to keep this one on our list when we return to Hilton Head.
