The apartment, recently renovated, with modern furnishings, is located in one of the main streets of the city, on the 1st floor of a seventeenth century Neapolitan historical building "Palazzo Bottiglieri" with a characteristic and large internal courtyard.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large lounge.
It has 2 TVs (47 'and 28'), terrestrial and satellite antenna, stereo radio-CD system with USB connection, DVD player, wireless internet connection on TIM network (up to 7 Mb nominal), heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.
The living area is furnished with a sofa bed which, if necessary, can accommodate 2 more people.
Both bathrooms, with walk-in showers, are equipped with hairdryer and courtesy set; on request it is possible to have a high chair and cot.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, dishes, coffee machine with various pods (Nesquik, barley, chamomile, tea, cappuccino, etc.) as well as an electric plate for sandwiches, toasts and grills.
There is also an iron, ironing board and drying rack for linen.

Beautiful, large apartment

We stayed in Naples as a home base for our short stay (4 days). This apartment is beautiful and huge! It was only 2 of us but the apartment would be ideal for a family. There is a great pizza joint at the bottom of the building that we ordered take away from a couple nights. Would definitely recommend this apartment, thank you Ivana!

Sanctuary

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is surrounded by shops and markets. The National Archeological Museum of Naples is literally just down the road. This was one of the best equipped appartments we stayed in throughout our month long journey through Italy. Beds were fantastic. Only place we were in with a television modern enough for chrome cast. Surprisingly spacious our family of 5 found glorious sanctuary in this appartment. Ivana and Rosita were great. Ivana was a fabulous communicator. Rosita met us and saw us off. She was soooooo helpful. We had a vehicle and selected this property partly because it said "parking available". This is paid parking at a local paid car park. Ivana and Rosita sorted it all out for us making this whole process so much easier. Would jave have been best not to have a car but Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum etc were all priorities for us - and with 3 children. The car was awesome for these trips. Very easy drive from the appartment.

Great stay in busy neighborhood

This apartment was conveniently located in a busy neighborhood where we had access to restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries. The subway was within walking distance, but we walked to the archeological museum and through market areas. The apartment was is on the second floor with a view of the busy street below. It was very clean and comfortable.

The property is excellent ,it is situated 10 minutes from the museum metro station .

We thoroughly enjoyed standing on the balcony watching the scooter riders going by they seem to have their own set of driving rules .We only ate breakfast in apartment because we were travelling around a great deal .Would highly recommend the apartment and the area it gives a good impression of the real Naples .

A hidden gem!

My family enjoyed this apartment so much we did not want to leave! The apartment was within walking distance to the metro, to the museums and a multitude of wonderful sites and restaurants. Everyone in Naples was kind and helpful during our stay. The catacombs and cemetery are not to be missed. There are so many sites to see, two days was not enough. We would definitely stay in this apartment again!

Napoli... bella gente... città da vivere... ottima pizza, buonissimi i babà e le sfogliatelle...

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, non mancava praticamente nulla. Buona la posizione con 3 stazioni della metro a pochi minuti di cammino da dove si può raggiungere il centro in 2/3 fermate. La signora Ivana e il marito gentilissimi e disponibili, da ritornarci sicuramente in un prossimo viaggio a Napoli, città bellissima di suo dove bellezza e degrado, purtroppo, vanno di pari passo. Unica nota stonata, non certo per colpa dei proprietari, la presenza di alcuni ultras nelle vicinanze che si sono divertiti con botti spaventosi e petardi fino alle 3 del mattino. Ma Napoli è anche questo.

Sito in una zona piuttosto centrale, permette di raggiungere le principali mete turistiche della città comodamente a piedi o con la vicina metropolitana. L'arredo è moderno e funzionale, ma comunque molto accogliente. La proprietaria è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile.

El apartamento está cerca del centro y bien comunicado por metro, o andando. Está limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Para los que estamos acostumbrados al silencio, hay una habitación en la que se oye el ruido de la calle, lo cual es normal en una ciudad. Buen trato por parte de la dueña, atenta y comprensiva. Nos hemos sentido muy bien al llegar al apartamento después de todo el día danzando por ahí. Ofrece un ambiente de relax con techos altos y estancias amplias.

Impeccabile: la casa e la padrona

Posizione casa: ottima. Proprio sotto casa alimentari, farmacia, pizzeria, panetteria proprio di tutto. Anche a piedi abbiamo raggiunto piazza Dante e via Toledo. La casa: abbiamo abitato comodamente in sette persone; accessori ed elettrodomestici tutti funzionanti. La padrona di casa: attentissima alle nostre esigenze, si è prodigata in ogni momento del soggiorno cercando di prevenire ogni bisogno. Igiene: perfetta. Insomma ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Appartement impeccable

Très bon accueil d'Ivana. Cet appartement est situé dans un quartier très napolitain : joyeux, bruyant, certes, mais haut en couleurs ! Il est bien insonorisé, spacieux et lumineux. Dans les petites boutiques très proches, on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Je le recommanderai aux amis qui aiment marcher car les stations de métro sont assez éloignées.

Clean comfortable and spacious

This recently renovated apartment is huge, with two big bathrooms and an eat in kitchen. WE used two of the bedrooms, the third is a bit small but would be ok for a not too large person as bed is a single. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of breakfast items, juice, chocolate bready things, cookies, jams. Ivana always responded to emails very quickly and we were met on time when we arrived at the apartment. The windows are quite good and block out most of the street noise from a very busy street below. Many places to stock up on food and wine within 50 meters of the front door and many take outs such as pizza, indian food, chinese food. WE liked the location as its just at the top end of a major shopping street so not touristy yet close enough to walk everywhere (assuming you don't mind a one hour walk to get down to the waterfront). Subway is close by and only 1 euro for a one way trip. Both lines are accessible from two separate stations just down the street, stations linked by underground tunnel with moving sidewalk. Overall great rental experience.

Vaste ,propre ,conforme aux photos ,cet appartement près d une station de métro ,permet aux locataires de trouver tout ce qu il faut pour se sustenter ,boulangerie ,fruits , légumes ,vin sont au pied de l immeuble .Ivana très accueillante est à votre disposition pour régler petits ou grands problèmes .Avons passé une super semaine .
