Private, secure parking. Large 26 m² south-facing terrace.

The apartment comprises a living room with a small, fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge/dining area (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed), one bedroom (with a 140x190 cm bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Amenities included: DVD player, radio/CD player, Wi-Fi.

Included: Electricity and electric heating.

Not included: Bed linen (€15/bed), towels, and tourist tax. Pets: €100 deposit.
