Our corner unit is only steps from the beach and the stunning 5 star boutique style hotel. Enjoy a picture perfect ocean view from your patio, living room and master bedroom. See incredible whale watching, baby turtle hatchings and spectacular sunsets right from your patio.

Sol 103 is located in phase 1 of Casa Del Mar giving you the advantage of being steps from the main hotel, restaurant, and spa. The beach is literally your backyard.

This is a family owned condo with many fun, personal touches throughout giving it more of a homey feel than a stuffy hotel vibe. It's an older unit, thus the price, but we keep it pristinely clean and all the furniture (including beds) and appliances have been updated. It's spacious and airy with a fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, games and a library of books. We know you will love it's casual elegance.

Casa Del Mar Boutique Hotel is a 5 Star luxury beachfront hotel and spa with all the amenities of a large resort in a private setting located about halfway between the Baja cities of San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. Amazing views are just the beginning

This property was one of our favorites. The resort grounds were beautiful and well kept. The staff was attentive and friendly. The condo was situated literally adjacent to the pool and the steps to the beach. However there was a hedge that gave privacy but did not block the impressive views of the ocean. Being on the ground floor made going to and from the pool so convenient. The condo was bright and had more amenities than most condos we book. There were pool and beach toys, sunscreen, Bose speaker just to name a few. We were appreciative of the washer and dryer. Especially nice were the comfortable beds and lovely showers. Great communication with owners. The AC unit remote battery needed replaced and someone came and replaced the batteries within minutes.

Excellent Location and waterfront condo

My neighbor and I decided to take our kids to Cabo for a week. The location was excellent for our young children. The condo has everything you may need and it faces the ocean and is literally next to the pool. It was very convenient for our kids.During our stay, we had difficulty with the lock and the security guard, but Isaac quickly handled everything for us. We would highly recommend this place.

Cabo Casa del Mar

We have stayed over 10 times over the years at Casa del Mar property, and there is no other apartment with this view. The ground floor unit was just what we were looking for, with grass right outside of the patio, the beach right at the front, steps away from your back window door and the 2 main pools to the right. The check in/out instructions were flawless. Upon arrival we found an apartment that was fully stuck, coffee, cooking spices, oil, toilet paper, paper towel and anything you can find in your own house. We stayed for a month and even we purchased our own stuff, there was enough household products for our stay and longer. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms have a good size, guest bedroom is big, with 2 queen beds, a desk, and still room to play if you go with kids. We had an issue with the refrigerator over our stay and it was looked immediately, Isaac from the Property Management made sure it was taken care of. Also, through Isaac, we have Irene and Yolanda cleaning the apartment every week, they are amazing and always left the apartment spotless. Stacee the owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We really recommend Stacee’s apartment. Thank you Stacee, Isaac, Irene and Yolanda for an amazing experience.
