Welcome to Laketown Wharf 1911!

Located on the 19th floor of Laketown Wharf Resort, this spacious condo (1,262 sq ft) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk nook and a sleeper sofa. The magnificent emerald water of the Gulf and its sugary beach are experienced from a large balcony, the master bedroom and the living area. It can also be seen while eating a delicious seafood meal at the dining room table. The living area has a 50` TV with Comcast Cable TV. WiFi is provided as well. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ocean views, balcony access, and a large ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom also has a king size bed.

We invite you to enjoy our condo while making memories with family and friends!

Things to Note:
1) There is a $105 resort fee for up to 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking. A link will be provided for you to pay this fee directly to the resort. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
2) All common areas and amenities, like the fitness center, pool, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance or availability.
3) All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.

Rules:
1) Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear wristbands at all times when onsite.
2) The individual booking must be 21+ years old and staying at the condo for the duration of the stay.
3) Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM.
4) Items being hung on or thrown over the balcony will result in immediate eviction.
5) No more than 2 vehicles, per condo, are allowed.
6) No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the condo nor on the balcony.

Loved the rental it was the perfect size plenty of sleeping space. The only downfall was the elevators which is nothing to do with the owner. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the waves.

Great location . Sandy floors

Location of the property was great. The property itself was clean, and well maintained. Walking to the beach was a breeze. Elevators taking forever was to be expected with it being peak season. Upon arrival there is sand on the floors. No it was not from us because we took our shoes off at the door before walking through. I went on a hunt for a broom and started sweeping before I could unpack. The kitchen is not very well stocked. Just the bare minimum. Had a dirty pot found under the cabinet first night there. A very thin blanket provided for the pull out bed. I had to pick up another one. Regardless we made the best of it. Hopefully the owner will take these discoveries into consideration.

Great stay.

Loved the stay. Wish I had known about the open walkway to room on 17th floor. One on my group is scared of heights so that part was difficult every time we had to walk to and from room. But we made it hand in hand. My only suggestion would be to add some pot holders.

Nice clean unit

The unit was nice and clean. Everything was as pictured and described. My only complaint is that the beds are hard as a rock! Absolutely no bounce to them at all. My guest and I woke up with backache every day. I would recommend get new softer mattresses. My other complaint has nothing to do with the unit but the property elevators were not working. Only one elevator on the south side was working and it was a mess to get to and from the condo. Also the WiFi was not great.

Shamaya - We do apologize, but the elevators are property of Laketown Wharf and not Nautical Properties; therefore we are unable to fix it and can only relay this issue to Laketown's management staff to make them aware. Next time you review a host/condo unit, try to remember that speaking so negatively about everything else but the condo hurts the score as a host.

Having stayed at The lake town wharf previously and with nautical properties we were looking forward to our stay with family. When we arrived we felt like directions for parking and unloading should have been included. Once we were in the unit it was clean but showed as a very worn unit. We picked this unit for views and the 2 king beds. Both beds were extremely hard, the pillows were horrible, the bedspreads seemed old also. For a unit meant for 8 people we expected that at least 4 adults could share a meal at the same table which was impossible with only 3 chairs. The blinds in the rear king bedroom were in poor shape so we had to cover that window for privacy. The cabinets paint job was poor and peeling. The lack of decent knives, terrible pans and limited glasses and plates meant running the dish washer between every meal. You have to wait 10 minutes+ just to get on the elevator. Definitely not worth it for what they charge. Very disappointed!!!

4 Star Good Stay

The location (proximity to beach) and size of the unit were great. However, the unit was in need of an update. There were several items needing attention: casing on the fridge ice maker fell off immediately, ice maker doesn't dispense ice, primary shower floor had been poorly patched and was falling through, mold in showers, carpet needing replacement throughout, and mattresses needed replacement. Also, owner should splurge for HD on the TVs not just SD. We found the setbacks on the thermostat to be an ongoing issue. We would adjust and would wake to find them rolled back again. Overall, owner needs to invest in a refresh.

We will address the mattresses and TV’s with the owner as well and we wanted to note that the icemaker seems to be working fine as well as the thermostat. We didn’t see any mold in the shower and if you did see that, we could have absolutely addressed that issue if you would have mentioned so we apologize about that.

Family Vacation

The property itself looked ok, needs lots of updating. The pool is very dirty, water its not clear and i found 2 used bandaids in the water, people that go there are young people so it's very crowed with big/teen kids playing balls every where inside the water. The 2 mattresses in each bedroom were terrible, we slept 6 nights very uncomfortable, mattresses had 2 different levesl, my husband slept in a whole pretty much. Kitchen was not stock and frying pans but this was resolved. No mittens or kitchen towel but they got us a kitchen towel and mittens they said they would bring later but they didn't. Well finally the biggest issue there it's the elevators, everyone complaining about same thing, in every set of elevators one doesn't work so for the many people that goes there it's very hard to wait on elevators because it takes forever. People would go up and down and every time, everyone was squished inside to get in, it was horrible. We were on 19th floor and we had to go down the stairs. To check out was awful, we waited with all our stuff and luggage to go down and it took more than one hour to get down, my in law went first with some stuff, then my husband for a space to go down with our beach carrier, then my daughter, myself and step mom finally went down the stairs with some stuff because when elevator opened it was always full and remember al this happening in a period of over an hour. People coming in and out would complain about the same thing but if you get a lower level use the stairs and should be no problem. Don't count with elevators. THEY DON'T WORK. And front desk are very mean when you complain about that and won't do nothing about it. Heard from someone there that complain because she had someone that just have had surgery and couldn't be using stairs up and down and asked nicely if they could switch for a lower level and they said no, so she said she would leave a bad review and she was told that they would delete it her review. We will never stay there again. Not worth it paying a little less.

Guilherme, I am very sorry to hear about your issues with the elevators and we do appreciate your feedback. I apologize about the pots/pans and yes, we did bring a completely new set up as well as the mittens you asked for. That is on us and for that I am sorry. For the elevators unfortunately that is out of our control but the good news is the resort is installing a new elevator stack later this year as well as rehauling all of the existing ones. We know that during extremely busy weekends like the timeframe around the 4th it can be extremely busy and that can cause wait times. That is the case at any of the large resorts that are busy during the summer. While we can't go back and fix that timeframe when the elevators had long wait times during peak stays we can say that a fix is coming. As far as the front desk saying the review would be erased... well I am here to tell you that it is live and out for the world to see. The front desk people you spoke with work for a different rental agency and that is unfortunate that they would tell you that as we would never delete reviews nor can we:) Thanks for your comments and have a wonderful day. Wonderful Vacation

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We are familiar with the property so we already knew how the elevators can be, but that’s not an issue for us. We also were aware of the distance from the parking garage so we came prepared with a wagon. No complaints whatsoever. We had a great vacation and hope to be returning guests soon!
