This beautifully remodeled and fully updated condo is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area, and living room allows for seamless conversations and a relaxed atmosphere. The condo can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin over full size bunks in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need for cooking and dining, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a complete set of dinnerware, pots, pans, and utensils. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit take care of your laundry needs. If you prefer grilling, there's a community grill in the complex for your outdoor cooking.

The condo is equipped with large TVs in the living room and bedrooms, cable, high-speed WiFi, and a Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room for your entertainment. Assigned covered parking for up to two vehicles adds to the convenience of your stay.

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for up to 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
A "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels is included in the reservation.
