Nice house but needs lots of work- several unsafe items- very roomy & great location

Process was easy. We were nervous due to house missing exterior egress from 3rd floor, several exterior doors had broken hinges, fridge has missing/broken shelves on door limiting storage. Some electrical issues- lights flashing:blinking- an outlet blowing sparks, & a handrail that caught/pinched a lot of fingers.

Nice place but needs some upkeep

We had a beautiful pool, great porches and location. Communication for check in was poor and the carpets need to be replaced they looked really bad. Several pieces of furniture need to be repaired or replaced. The guests before us didn't take trash out for pick up so the one trash can was full and bags of trash were left beside it and animals had gotten into it.

Gatlinburg or back again

We had a great time great location and a lot of room for everyone. Could use some updates with furniture the chairs on the kitchen table were breaking but everything else was great
