Incredible views right from your own deck! Bring your water toys, book or bike.  There is a shallow water boat dock limited to 23' length, including motor, swim platforms, etc. and parking for your boat trailer. Docking is on a first come, first served basis.   Perfect location for boating, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, bird watching or just relaxing at the pool or spending a day at the beach, only a few miles away.   Located on a canal between Salt River and Crystal River, you will experience unobstructed views of marsh and estuaries.  Walking distance to Twin Rivers Marina.  There are many walking trails and Great Florida Birding Trails nearby.   Don’t forget your binoculars!
The condos are built on stilts and connected by boardwalks on a tidal marsh. Lots of windows give you opportunities to view marsh and coastal birds.

I can't say enough about this unique property. Clean, gorgeous views, and fully stocked for a cook. The owners were wonderful about communicating and allowing us access. We loved the location - easy access to great paddling, hiking and peace and quiet. We are already planning our return trip and have shared this incredible gem with several friends... thank you Richard and Denne for making my birthday escape so special.

Great little spot! We really enjoyed being so close to nature. The marina is within walking distance and the sunset down at the park beach is beautiful! The house was super clean and very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a beautiful property. Neat, clean and great location. We attended the Manatee Festival in Crystal River and couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. The host was informative and easy to communicate with as well. Will definitely come again!

Very clean and comfortable. Fully updated with a really cool design. Huge glass windows that showcased a beautiful picture of old Florida. The view was amazing and the overall area was very relaxing being surrounded by nature in a tidal marsh. Pool is huge and updated , facility is meticulously maintained with wooden docks perched above a salt flat with fiddler crabs scooting around. The access for boats is great with a very convenient area for dockage and scallop / fish cleaning area. A great getaway for couples in a very quiet and remote area. Great Gulf Of America access and to the Springs in Crystal River. The only thing I would like to add for boaters is to pay close attention to the low tides as the canals are all tidal and become very shallow during certain moon phases. Hosts were great and communication was excellent. They provided everything you could possibly imagine to cook , clean , and relax. Would 100% stay again at this location , can't wait to book our next adventure here !!!

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed this location. It’s beautiful and peaceful with great access to Twin Rivers, and the fort island beach. The property was clean and had all the amenities to make for a good trip.

Our hosts and their place are awesome!

Great place is just right for a couple wanting an extended stay. Very convenient to hiking, kayaking, fishing areas as well as shopping and exploring. So nice, we have already reserved for next year.

We had a nice stay and the unit was clean. Everything you need is provided by the owners. It is definitely sized for a couple on a getaway. If you like to spread out while on vacation you may want something a little bigger. Other than that, we would be back.

Excellent place and area

We went to the Crystal River area to swim with the Manatees. This VRBO is located in a perfect spot to get to several places where you can see them! The place was clean, quiet, and perfect for our trip!!
