Notre séjour à Quend s'est très bien passé dans cette belle maison bien équipée et bien située, avec la plage accessible à pied. Martine et Hervé nous ont accuielli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et la maison à la lisière de la forêt est restée fraiche malgré la canicule de ce week end de la Pentecôte !Encore merci.

Maison très agréable ! Les photos de la pièce à vivre et extérieur sont conformes à la réalité ! Quel dommage de ne pas mettre les photos des chambres et de la salle de bains plus en valeur !Nous recommandons cette location ! Maison parfaite pour 2 couples avec enfants

IDÉAL POUR FAMILLE

Location très bien située, mer, commerces, sites à voir, tout est proche. Très belle maison avec un grand lave-vaisselle et un grand frigo, important pour huit personnes. Chambres spacieuses et agréables. Environnement très calme. Un bémol: le manque de patères ou crochet , aussi bien dans les salles de douche que dans la cuisine ou les chambres. Et ce n'est pas la place qui manque! Mais je suis sûre que le propriétaire, très sympathique, va y remédier. Au final un très bon séjour en famille dans cette belle villa.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Frankreich

Wir waren Ende Juli mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus war liebevoll und hochwertig restauriert, war sehr gepflegt und modern ausgestattet. Insbesondere die moderne Küche und der große Esstisch luden ein, gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Auch den vorhandenen Holzkohlegrill haben wir häufig und gerne genutzt. Der Strand, der fußläufig gut erreichbar war, hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen; zwar hatten wir in der Woche etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber bei Temperaturen von 20-22 Grad konnte man trotzdem gut im Meer schwimmen, da das Wasser angenehm warm war. In dem kleinen Strandort gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man das Nötigste bekommen konnte, und einige Restaurants. Die Preise waren unserer Meinung nach vollkommen in Ordnung. Einige Kilometer entfernt gab es zudem eine gute Auswahl an großen und gut sortierten Supermärkten, in denen man sogar frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte kaufen konnte. Obwohl wir alle so gut wie kein Französisch sprechen konnten, konnten wir uns gut mit Hilfe einer Übersetzer-App und ein wenig Englisch gut verständigen. Die Menschen vor Ort waren sehr aufgeschlossen, nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und ich kann das Ferienhaus sowie den Urlaubsort vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

La météo était très moyenne lors de notre court séjour à 10. Très bon accueil. Maison bien rénovée mais quelques équipements complémentaires pourraient améliorer le confort. Qq vaisselles un peu sales, rien à dire sur le reste.

Très agréable

Accueil très chaleureux par Martine et son mari qui nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre installation. Maison bien rénovée intérieurement, confortable même pour 10 personnes. Aucun problème de stationnement et très près de la plage. Seule petite restriction : beaucoup d'escaliers ,à réfléchir pour des tout-petits. Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable (sauf météo)

Belle maison et bel environnement

Belle maison, très propre et avec charme, literie très bien. Environnement très calme (nous étions en octobre hors saison), superbes balades à faire sur la plage ou dans les dunes / forêts. Commerces proches à Fort Mahon. Propriétaire réactif à nos questions.

Excellente localisation pour voyager avec des enfants.

Nous recommandons cette location, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous avons apprécié avoir tout à quelques minutes à pieds, commerces dont une supérette qui fournit du très bon pain et viennoiseries, marché 2x/semaine, plage (idéal pour ne pas perdre de temps à se garer), restaurants (crêperie délicieuse juste en face). Nous avons aussi adoré visiter la ferme du Marquenterre qui se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture. La maison est très agréable et équipée de volets. Le propriétaire est très sympa et toujours disponible. Points négatifs: - L'adresse n'était pas précisée dans l'annonce, la maison se trouve au niveau d'une rue principale, il y avait donc un peu de trafic en heure de pointe. - Peu de mobilier de jardin et le jardin peu sécurisé entre la terrasse/jardin et les escaliers.

Week très agréable

Intérieur très bien aménagé et décoré, les 2 sdb sont un réel confort à 10 personnes. Reste à Raphael à terminer les extérieurs et ce sera parfait. Je recommande vivement cette location idéalement positionnée.
