About this property

Alpine Rose Private Cabin With Hot Tub & Fireplace

PLEASE READ THE LISTING AND VIEW THE PICTURES.

Welcome to Alpine Rose cabin in Sevierville, TN! Relaxation, beauty, and tranquility are things you will experience during your visit to Alpine Rose. Nestled in a quiet, rural area of the Smoky Mountains, you can sit back and enjoy the peaceful views and sounds of nature. The cabin is approximately 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Even in such a secluded setting, our cabin offers basic low speed Wi-Fi / internet access (not recommended for multiple video streaming devices).

Our mountain cabin is about 30 minutes from town. Since we are that far out of town, the cabin has low speed, satellite internet access, and operates on well water. Getting to this particular mountain cabin also involves some mountain driving. If these things bother you, this may not be the cabin for you. Personally, we think that the cabin, the seclusion, and the view are well worth it!
Continue to explore Alpine Rose, your ultimate Smoky Mountain sanctuary where nature's beauty embraces you in its serene embrace. Get ready for an unforgettable escape that promises relaxation, adventure, and the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts.

As you embark on this enchanting journey, we want to ensure you have all the details you need for a delightful stay. Alpine Rose is a three-story cabin that boasts handcrafted stairs, each step a testament to the care and craftsmanship that went into creating this unique abode. Please keep in mind that the cabin requires the use of stairs, so if mobility is a concern, we want you to make the best choice for your needs.

With the great outdoors as your backdrop, it's important to mention that an outdoor security camera is present to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Speaking of the outdoors, the Smoky Mountains are home to some incredible wildlife, including black bears that may occasionally visit the area.

In today's interconnected world, we do offer satellite internet, though we want to be upfront that it may not be as fast or reliable as standard connections. So, take this opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility that surrounds you. And when you're looking for a cozy evening indoors, the gas fireplace will be your perfect companion.

It's worth noting that our cabin operates on well water, which might have a distinct smell or taste, and could potentially create stains in the hot tub. But worry not, as it's all part of the unique experience we offer. The cabin's layout features an open loft sleeping area and no bedroom doors, enhancing the sense of openness and freedom.

For those who love to channel their inner grill master, a charcoal grill is available on-site (remember to bring your own charcoal and lighter).

Alpine Rose boasts not one, but two decks – upper and lower – each offering breathtaking views that will leave you awe-inspired. And to make your stay even more convenient, we've got you covered with starter supplies including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These may not last for longer stays, so we kindly ask you to bring your own extra supplies as needed.

Our rustic haven is managed remotely by seasoned experts with strong local connections. While we can't promise perfection, we can guarantee our commitment to ensuring you have an exceptional and memorable stay. Please note that we do not have scheduled trash pickup, but we're more than happy to collect it upon request.

Parking is available in the driveway, which does have a steep side and a more manageable side, providing room for two cars. And as you explore the nearby attractions – Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge – you'll realize that Alpine Rose strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility.

So, welcome to Alpine Rose, your haven amidst the Smoky Mountains. Unwind, rejuvenate, and create cherished memories in this captivating retreat. Book your stay today and embark on a journey of tranquility and wonder that will stay with you long after you leave. We can't wait to host you!

Come escape to the Locust Ridge area of Tennessee nestled in the mountains of Sevier County. Enjoy peace, tranquility, and harmony with the secluded location, pristine views, and quality craftsmanship our log cabin has to offer. While the cabin itself offers a peaceful retreat, you are still not far from the excitement and attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We are a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg, and 40 minutes to white water rafting in Hartford. Plus, zip lines and hiking are literally right down the road. Enjoy the amazing beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or venture into the nearby cities for dining, entertainment, and numerous amusement attractions.

You will have full and complete access to the cabin. We provide starter amounts of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Towels and bed linens are also provided. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, and pans (bring your own cooking oil and seasonings). We have a charcoal grill and grilling utensils (bring your own charcoal and lighter). We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience (bring your own laundry detergent).

The cabin is on a natural well water system that goes through advanced filtration and has been tested for safety. There is basic low speed Wi-Fi / internet access, but little cell phone signal from our secluded cabin. We encourage you to connect with the people you bring!

Depending on your route to and from the cabin, the road that the cabin is on may be the only unlined road on your trip. We recommend previewing your driving plans as the default GPS route might not be the easiest route, especially when coming from the interstate. Winter weather may require the use of 4 wheel drive and / or chains. If we have snowy or icy conditions, roads are typically cleared in 24 to 48 hours. We recommend following local travel advice, and we are not able to give refunds for weather related issues.

Great Views!

Highly recommend! The view from the cabin was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was cozy and clean. There were only 2 of us but 4 adults would’ve fit nicely too! The owner, Matt, was great and super responsive! Really easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. The cabin was about an hour to the National Park but the drive was beautiful so it went quick and we didn’t mind one bit. I would stay here again!

Quiet

Location is great, away from traffic and people. Cabin has everything you should need. Water pressure in upstairs bathroom is not too good and sulfur smell of water is a little undesirable but manageable. Bring your own water. Beds were comfortable.

Quiet Cozy Cabin

My husband and I wanted a nice little getaway for our anniversary. For the value, the cabin was all we needed. It had TV, Netflix, and internet. So if we weren’t sitting outside admiring the view with a glass of wine, there was always something to do inside. The master bedroom had a comfy king size bed. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. kitchen had all we needed. We would stay here again.

A quiet getaway

It was so nice being tucked away on such a quiet little property, yet we had the ease of being able to get into town relatively fast!! The owners were super quick to respond to all of our questions and they were very helpful! It is a beautiful cabin and made for the perfect vacation!

Great Vacation!

Beautiful cabin in the mountains! Owners are easily accessible but we found no need to contact them, check in was super easy and all important information was right inside the cabin. The only thing we didn’t like was the driveway, but with a taller vehicle it shouldn’t be a problem - it’s a steep incline and the bottom of our car scraped each time we left. We didn’t leave more than once per day and it didn’t cause damage, so definitely not a deal breaker (we have a Chevy Cruze, so it’s pretty low to the ground). The view is incredible and we loved sitting in the hot tub looking out over the mountains! Everything you could want to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are all within a 30 minute drive. Overall great cabin!!
