Non-smoking, pet-free condo featuring 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. Accommodating 6, the unit has a Master suite with Queen bed, jetted tub and walk in shower, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and attached bath also shared by the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Property is located on 1st floor of building with elevator access and covered parking for at least one vehicle. 3 TVs with Smart Capabilities (no cable offered), High-Speed WiFi, deck access from each bedroom, and wet bar all coming with the unit. Marina-front with views of Manteo Waterfront. Parking for two vehicles maximum. Minimum of 3-night stay required. Full week required 2nd full week of August.

Wonderful time

We really only used the property to sleep in, but we enjoyed being able to drink our coffee on the balcony each morning, the quiet neighborhood, and relative closeness to most of the outer banks beaches.

Property had 2 roaches one found day of check in and another found crawling around at 10:30pm night before checking out. This caused us to pack up and leave for the 8hr drive home at that time. Back screen porch was full of cobwebs and was not desired to be used due to lack of cleaning. Jack and jill bath had a toilet that continued to run even after they came to fix it. Jack and jill bath would not switch from filling tub to shower without excessive force, that was repaired. Looked at cabinets in kitchen and found them excessively dirty as well causing us to not want to cook there. Fridge was repaired with ducktape as well.

First time OBXers

Property was easy to find and was in a quiet location. Short (less than10 min.) drive to get to across to Nags Head and beyond to all attractions and beaches. Manteo is a nice little town. Our place wasn't super fancy and upscale, but we didn't need it to be! Kitchen was a good size and we had plenty of space- living room/bedrooms for our family of 5. Were also glad to make use of the fitness room and pool, kids especially took advantage of the billiards table! All in all a good first stay in the Outer Banks area!

Great for 4th of July!

We had a great time exploring beaches, trails, and kayaking. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The icing on the cake was the perfect view of Manteo fireworks on July 4th. Amazing!

Quiet and Convenient

Easy check-in. Quiet neighbors. Convenient restaurant with good food within walking distance (Stiper’s). We bought a cooler and 4 beach chairs and left them there. Those would have been nice features to have provided by the condo. Also, the sun rises early there and the curtains are not room darkening so pack a sleeping mask if you want to sleep in. Would recommend this VRBO 😊

Just as advertised. Good things: spacious, washer and dryer, ice maker, comfortable beds, lovely porches. Good location for Outer Banks. When we got there, someone (previous tenant , perhaps, or maid?) had turned the thermostat way down and the a/c froze. The property manager was prompt in getting a/c fixed. Could be cleaner (stuff left from someone’s previous stay, had to clean the shower), and very few supplies. This was as advertised but was less than we anticipated. All in all a nice place.

Great condo in great location.

Manteo is such a cute town and this condo is close to town and not far from the beaches either. Very clean and quiet place to relax and enjoy our time in the OBX.
