Fresh new look! Come relax and enjoy the morning sunrise and spectacular sound views from your private deck in this newly renovated sound-front condo. The condo offers all new flooring and new kitchen appliances! The condo is non-smoking and allows 1 mature dog. It has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, accommodating 7. The sound-front Master suite has a King bed, flat-screen TV, bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a separate door leading to your covered deck with a hammock swing. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk bed, also with a flat-screen TV. The 2nd guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Soak up the sun in our community pool, or if you want to bring your boat, a 35' dock space is available. At the end of the day kick back with a movie on the smart TV in the living room. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum.

This property has a strict Saturday turnover year-round.

Great Property, Great View

The space was perfect for us... Two parents, two grandparents and 4 children ranging from infant to preteen. We had a corner unit, so we had views on three sizes. The main view, out the back, was towards the outer banks itself to the east. The view across the bay was magnificent! The sunrises were spectacular! The temperature was moderate, and the breeze was steady! When we opened the front and back doors, the airflow was simply delightful! I will return.

Awesome location and view but....

Not clean, spiders and roaches in condo. A roach was in our bed! Old appliances and furniture, uncomfortable master bedroom bed that sqeaked every time we moved. Shower plumbing in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Tub had dirt ring around it. Water came out of the shower head only and not the faucet. Dirt, hair and q-tips found on bathroom floors. Kitchen sink faucet needs replacing. Old, very worn carpet needs replacing and had been patched in one spot. Some doors wouldn't close properly and one exit door wouldn't lock and had only a chain lock on it!! However, the location was perfect with gorgeous soundfront views. It was very quiet and the grounds were very well kept.
