appartement unique

nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement, très grand et confortable, décoré de façon très originale. Nous avons surtout aimé qu'il soit bien équipé et qu'on puisse bien y vivre, cuisiner, etc.

c‘est l‘endroit ideal pour faire escale entre les activités diverses de vacances, pour se reposer et rêver… idéalement placé dans la ville, calme et à quelques pas des restaurants, magasins, quais de sète. l‘aménagement offre tout pour être à l‘aise. on rêve déjà de la prochaine fois!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem charmanten Apartment in Sète

Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt in Roberts Apartment in Sète. Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt – sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Authentizität der Einrichtung hat uns besonders gut gefallen, sie strahlt eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre aus, die unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht hat. Der Künstler Clement im Erdgeschoss ist ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Nachbar, der immer zur Verfügung stand, wenn wir Fragen oder Anliegen hatten. Seine Herzlichkeit und Offenheit haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Die Lage des Apartments ist unschlagbar. Direkt an den Quais gelegen, bietet es nicht nur eine wunderschöne Aussicht, sondern auch unmittelbare Nähe zu zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig, was uns nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen und Aktivitäten die perfekte Erholung ermöglichte. Das kostenlose Parken am Quai war ein weiterer großer Vorteil. Wir konnten unser Auto sicher abstellen und hatten gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, Sète und die umliegende Region bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Stadt bietet eine Fülle von Freizeitmöglichkeiten und kulturellen Angeboten – von wunderschönen Stränden und charmanten Märkten bis hin zu historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten und lebendigen Festivals. Vacances à Sète

Beautiful property - Great host

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very communicative. He was able to quickly and remotely correct one minor issue. Clément, who has an art studio on the ground floor, was a great on-site help. Be sure to ask for a tour of his studio. He's happy to show off his excellent work. The location was good. It was easy to walk to all the good areas.

Très bel endroit.

Il n’y a rien à redire . Le duplex était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Local pour nos vélos . Un accueil très sympathique par Clément. Endroit très calme et proche du centre sans les désagréments de la ville. On a réussi à tenir une température idéale, avec la fenêtre de la chambre du bas et les ventilateurs. En résumé nous avons passé un très bon moment . Olivier et Valérie.

bel appartement conforme à l'annonce

appartement très bien équipé, décoré avec gout et prestations de bonnes qualités. hyper centre se trouve à 10 min à pieds mais nous avons apprécier de prendre le taxi boat devant l'immeuble de l'autre coté du canal.

Appartement superbe pourséjour de rêve à Sète

Les photos sont en-dessous de la réalité : l'appartement proposé est très beau, confortable et très bien aménagé. Tout y est parfait avec, en prime, la proximité des quais et du pont du Tivoli. Mention spéciale pour Clément, voisin et peintre du rez-de-chaussée qui a su nous faire partager sa passion. En résumé, si de nouvelles vacances sont prévues sur Sète, je n'hésiterai pas à revenir à cette adresse !

Appartement bien agencé et agréable. Il ne manque rien. L'hôte (Robert) prend bien soin de ses invités. Seul bémol, une odeur désagréable au niveau de la chambre du bas. À Remédier. Je recommande cet appartement.

Splendide

Zone calme avec parking facile à 2 pas du centre ville et des ports. immeuble de caractère en très bon état. Appartement rénové avec classe et goût. Accueil détendu et agréable. Toutes les fonctionnalités et des petites choses pour rendre le séjour aussi agréable que possible. Procédures de départ et d'arrivée claires et ajustées pour maximiser le séjour sans contraintes inutiles. Très bien.

Perfektes Appartement, perfekter Gastgeber

Das Appartement ist stylisch und gemütlich zugleich. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, bzw. sich wünschen kann. Komplett eingerichtete Küche etc. Lage ist perfekt für Stadtbummel und Ausflüge. Robert ist ein liebenswürdiger Gastgeber.
