The apartment was lovely and we had a lovely welcome from Nelly. Would love to stay there again.

We stayed in July 2018, with two teenage daughters. We were really pleased with the apartment. It was extremely well equipped, with everything we needed. The views were beautiful and the accommodation was even better than it looks in the photos. Would recommend a car, though you can walk to the beach and local restaurants - if you are happy to walk back uphill afterwards. There’s lots to do in Sète and the surrounding area. We would really love to come back again.

Tutto bello…peccato che…

Sarebbe stato tutto perfetto se non che i bagni (indicati come 2) era 1 solo! Doccia e lavabo da una parte…wc (senza finestra) dall’altra. Era stata l’unica condizione di ricerca avere 2 bagni completi separati (visto che abbiamo soggiornato con una coppia di amici). Personalmente lo trovo un errore davvero grossolano! Le camere da letto erano molto differenti circa l’agibilità tra loro…una grande con aria condizionata e tv, l’altra strettissima senza tv. Decidere chi andava in una o nell’altra non ha creato imbarazzo (nella piccola ci siamo andati io e mia moglie…visto che la responsabilità della prenotazione era la mia), ma poteva crearlo! Per il resto…splendida vista con la cucina ben organizzata!

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Es war einer der komfortabelsten und eindrucksvollten Urlaube der letzten Jahre. Sete ist eine schöne Fischerstadt mit Flair. In ca. 1 Stunde Fahrzeit erreicht man andere Städte wie Nimes oder Aigues Mortes. Beide sind wirklich den Besuch wert und haben römische Bauten und viel Geschichte zu bieten. Auch Pont du gard ist leicht zu erreichen und ist sehr eindrucksvoll. Die Camargue mit Flamingos und Wildpferden ist ebenfalls in diesem Radius. Die Lage ist also super. Die Wohnung liegt in einem abgesperrten Wohnpark auf dem Mont Claire. Direkt dahinter erstreckt sich ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet das wir gerne für Hundespaziergänge genutzt haben. In ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man einen unglaublich schönen Aussichtspunkt über die Landzunge. Der Pool ist toll und nicht stark frequentiert. Wir waren oft sogar alleine dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mega ausgestattet. Man muss nichts mitnehmen . Gewürze, Öl,Essig, Kaffeemaschinen (2), ein mega toller Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank und Eiswürfeln, Mikrowelle und Backofen und und und... Die Waschmaschine befindet sich auch in der Wohnung. Es ist wirklich alles da. Wir waren mega glücklich dort. Bäcker usw. Ist allerdings ein Fußmarsch von 15 Minuten bergab und Bergauf wieder zurück... das war uns bei knapp 30 grad zu viel... Daher hatten wir immer Müsli im Haus. Aber vielen macht das ja nichts aus! Das Highlight ist natürlich der riesige Balkon mit Liegen und großem Esstisch. Hier findet man immer ein Schattenplätzchen. Nelly ist eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin. Sie war immer zur vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort und die Übergabe hat super geklappt. Die Kaution haben wir auch problemlos wieder zurück erhalten. Ich wäre auch für immer geblieben hätte nicht die Pflicht gerufen. Nicht lange überlegen-einfach buchen!!! Hier macht man keinen Fehler!

Un somptueux séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. La résidence est très calme. Que dire de la vue : elle est magnifique de jour comme de nuit. La vue est panoramique et sur la mer , les photos en atteste, et l’appartement se situe au 1er et dernier étage et non pas au second. Parlons nous du même logement ? Hele mooie locatie, enorm rustig, alle comfort

Prachtig appartement met dito uitzicht. Heel ruim, je voelt je onmiddellijk thuis. Goede ligging. Enig minpuntje: het zwembad is louter om te zwemmen, er zijn geen ligstoelen, het is enkel bedoeld om een frisse duik te nemen en terug te keren naar het appartement.

Magnifique appartement très bien équipé. Très agréable et calme. Près du domaine des pierres blanches et de ses promenades boisées. A refaire sans problemes

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances malgré la chaleur. L appartement est très confortable, et super bien équipé a tous les niveaux ( vaisselle linge...). La vue sur la mer est imprenable et on ne peut s en lasser. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine bien chaude en cette periode et agreable pour tous les membres de la famille grand comme petit ainsi que du tennis. La résidence est idéalement située et on se rend sur Sete comme sur les plages en quelques minutes seulement etles plages sont superbes. Des vacances que nous n oublier on pas de sitôt. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

PERFECT!

A perfect holiday! My husband, two teenage daughters and myself spent two weeks at this WONDERFUL and superbly appointed apartment. The best part of the apartment is certainly the balcony with its panoramic views of the Mediterranean! Because of this we ate in most nights, the fantastic kitchen helped, shopping for local food at hyper market Auchan, just 5mins drive away. The apartment has its own parking space so parking after a long day exploring was never a problem. Our daughters used the pool twice daily and adored it. We spent most days at the beach, again only 5mins drive away- the best beach EVER! I would highly recommend hiring a car as the apartment is quite elevated although there is a bus service down to the centre of Sète right outside the gates. We would LOVE to return and cannot thank Nelly and Didier more for giving us the holiday of a lifetime!

GREAT LOCATION FOR QUIET BREAK

We really enjoyed our week in this location - great sea views from the balcony and a beautifully furnished apartment with lots of excellent kitchen appliances - so perfect for adults looking for some peace and tranquility for a short break, with cooking option or lots of restaurants a drive away. Main bedroom has AC which is good when weather very hot - could do with AC in the second bedroom (which relies on open balcony doors at the moment). Lots of lovely personal touches - including gifts left for us on arrival and a guided tour of where the local shops etc were - the owners were really nice to deal with. While the location is great for views, it is quite far out of town (up a hill) and so may be too isolated for families with teenagers or young children who do not want to drive all the time. The pool is very quiet (mainly used by retired people and sometimes their visitors), the beach is fantastic , and has lots of amenities (shops, bars, playgrounds, etc) but you need to be prepared to drive everywhere, or perhaps rely on the no 5 bus outside.

Un excellent sejour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un appartement très très confortable, beau, tellement bien équipé! Une excellente literie, du beau linge. Une belle terrasse...au calme. Nous remercions très chaleureusement Nelly Augé, la propriétaire, accueillante et soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires.Champagne petits gâteaux sétois, confiture maison à notre arrivée . Appartement impeccable

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines et nous avons grandement apprécié l'appartement. L'accueil est très chaleureux et attentionné. L'appartement est impeccable et tout à fait conforme aux photos : très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Immense terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Lit et divan très confortable. Literie de qualité. Cuisine ultra-équipée. Documentation très complète sur la région ( sentiers de randonnée ). À recommander sans hésitation.

Que du bonheur pendant 15 jours.second séjour dans cette appartement très calme toujours aussi bien décoré,salle de bain spacieuse refaite a neuf ,télévision dans la chambre,tout équipé,lave linge,lave vaisselle , très grande terrasse avec cette superbe vue sur la mer a 180°.
