Modern,fully equipped studio with afternoon sun.Planned and designed to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday with all your needs catered for.Situated towards the back of the complex it benefits from sun from midday to sunset with a view of the pool but is in a quiet part of the complex.A very popular complex well placed for all facilities well within walking distance.Busy pool bar with excellent selection of meals & free WiFi (although there is free WiFi in the apartment).Just behind the complex is a public car park that can be used but there is no guarantee that spaces are always available and access is via the front of the complex

Mike was a fantastic host, good communication before and during my stay. Studio was spotless and well equipped. Excellent location and the whole complex was lovely. Would stay again and highly recommend it. As a solo traveller the area and complex felt very safe

Basic but very clean - met all my needs. Had all the amenities nearby shops, bars , restaurants, on main bus route also. Good communication with the owner. Only tiny downside was no air conditioning but good ceiling fan. Nice balcony gets sun all afternoon. Would stay again.

Apartment fine for two people found it hard getting in and out of the bath to have a shower but we are 80and83 all in all we had a great holiday weather was very hot fan was very welcome would stay again

We have stayed at this appartment a few times and can t find any fault with it .It was very clean when we arrived Stayed for 4 weeks and the bedding and towels was changed weekly .Also wi -fi has been installed .Would certainly recommend this appartment.

Great stay

Upon arrival the apartment and key was easily located thanks to Mikes instructions, apartment was very clean and modern, with more than enough amenities for our stay, Netflix TV was great, kitchen well equipped, nice and quiet above second pool area, only negative if I had to be picky would be no aircon but with the fan on and the balcony door open it was cool enough to get a good night sleep. Location itself is perfect and central for Las Americas down the hill, San Eugenio on the doorstep and Costa Adeje about a 15 minute walk the other way so plenty of bars restaurants and nightlife in every direction, pool bar great in the day for drinks and meals, Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This property is located very well. So easy to walk around to main things such as Siam Park, Aqualand and many nice beaches. The property itself has some improvements to be made but owner is aware of this. Does not stop your stay being enjoyable. There is two pools and a pool bar which is perfect for those extra warm days. Most pool bar staff are lovely, one was very rude but paid no attention. I would recommend staying here. There are many nice restaurants around the area, I recommend going to Mario’s.

Great apartment in super complex and spot on location. Lots of bars and eating places right on your doorstep. Large mercadona 5 minute walk away. Great home cooked food at the winning post onsite bar. Onsite supermarket reasonable if you can’t be bothered walking to the mercadona. English tv channels in apartment if your a soap addict like my wife 😁 Plenty of utensils if you want to prepare a meal in apartment. Washing machine and cooker easy to understand. All in all a great place and a great owner who has put a lot of thought into making your stay a pleasant one. Will be back in December 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻✅

Well placed location but the apartment was terribly dirty on arrival. Took my husband and I all day.

Dirty needed a good clean, toilet was disgusting took me an hour to clean bathroom, if there was a cleaner they must have gone in looked at it and walked out again, the kitchen was dirty there was stale in a frying pan left in oven, there was greasy muck under all units, towels were disgusting, no bedside lights or tables wouldn’t book again,

I am sorry you had a bad experience which is totally unacceptable but this is the first bad review that I have had However, I did address most of your problems that I had not been made aware of eg brand new towels and bedding were supplied I can install a bed side light although it isn’t something that has been asked for before! I cannot understand your comment that “there was greasy muck under all the units” as a brand new kitchen was installed only 2 months ago!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento 10 giorni: Aspetti positivi -vicino al centro,shop, ristoranti,movida ecx… -prezzo favorevole -l’appartamento ha tutto il necessario -host disponibile Aspetti negativi: -manca l’aria condizionata -l’unico parcheggio che c’è è quasi sempre pieno quindi se si è in macchina è un po’ scomodo.. -bisognerebbe fornire delle chiavi per uscire dallo stabilimento che ti portano direttamente all’uscita dove c’è il parcheggio essendoci una porta d’uscita, senza dover fare tutto il giro per arrivarci, in cui si perdono almeno 7-8 min in più. Tutto sommato per il resto è ok👍

Why they chose this property

I have owned a 1 bedroom apartment in the area (Owner's Direct Reference is 8014105 on Colina Blanca) but this is higher up a hill for several years but I have always liked this complex as it is so handy for all the bars and restaurants and on the level and only 2-3 minutes walk from several beaches and the bus station is 5 minutes away where I can catch a bus to the airport for less than 4€. There is a busy pool bar that serves a wide range of meals and snacks
