The sleeping configurations feature a King Sized bed in the Master Lanai Facing Bedroom & a King sized bed in the second Master bedroom on the main level. There are 2 twin beds in the roomy Loft upstairs! Excellent Quality furnishings throughout!
The Living Front Room features a large flat screen TV with a comfortable sofa & arm chairs. Beautiful open layout really highlights the space.

The Bathrooms have both been completely remodeled with new vanity cabinets, new beautiful showers, new countertops! Walk in Shower in one bathroom, and Tub/Shower combination is the 2nd bathroom.

Beautiful Chef’s Kitchen! It has all of the appliances and accessories one could yearn for. Lots of brand-new dishes, glassware, silverware,
cups, you name it! Amazing granite countertops and backsplash!

Unit#9-304 is fully equipped with linens with several extra sets for your convenience.

BEACH READY! Enjoy the equipment provided which includes: boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers of different sizes, swim

The parking space for unit#9-304 is right in front of building 9. Great easy access for people who have difficulty walking long distances. Please keep in mind this is a top floor unit so there are stairs leading up the 3rd floor. There are lots of visitor spaces if needed as well!

Ready to BBQ?! Common area propane BBQ’s & a charcoal BBQ pit are just at the end of the grassy area right in front of the condo.
They are kept up by the complex association. There is also a Pavilion close to the condo buildings for larger get togethers!

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club has 3 lighted tennis courts, a newly remodeled pool, a clubhouse by the pool and courts which features soft drink machines there as well.

You can walk off the property at the other end of complex and find a BLACK SAND BEACH that is directly adjacent to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! We are a close walk to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing, and a short drive to Magic Sands Beach for playing in the waves and the sand. KTA market is right up the road from us, close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center immediately close by has a theater, Longs Drugs, several restaurants, and other shops.

Nice Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place with lots of space. From the lanai, you can see the ocean while eating. Good location for activities on the Big Island. The kitchen was fully furnished with a 'fridge that makes lots of ice. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too. The only drawback is that the unit has no air conditioning...we had to leave the windows open 24/7 to keep the place cool. At night, this was not much of an issue but during the late afternoon/early evening, it was warm and stuffy...especially in the loft. Not a game-ender, merely something to consider.The complex was also very nice, with a pool and tennis/pickleball courts (like with most tennis courts today, they were used 90% of the time with folks playing pickleball). There were also a couple of nearby pavilions for BBQ or just hanging out eating in the evenings.

Great place! Property managment not so much.

We were delayed four days on island and rented the place for four additional days. The unit itself was perfect for our family of 5. Read about some below average reviews where folks complained about the lack of AC, not an issue for us, just opened the large sliding doors to the deck to let the island breeze in! The property manager was not set up for a last minute rental. They had an excessive amount of paper work associated with a secondary rental agreement outside of the process that we go through with VRBO. Although they had no problem hitting my credit card for the payment quickly. Their process was also hindered by emails that were not sent to us in a timely manner. Other than that, the experience was great! The unit was clean, really nice, and we enjoy staying at the KKSRC. Short walk to the Kahalu’u park, and others. Pool and beach access nearby, awesome!

Phenomenal

Beautiful view! all the kitchen appliances and cookware were in great condition. The beds were so comfortable. The natural light was beautiful. Waking up and looking out the window to see the ocean was marvelous. The place was spotless. No AC was surprising, but realized not necessary. Amazing place, really really really made our trip special.

Everything about the property was wonderful other than the fact that there was no air conditioning. On line I didn't notice any mention about the possibility of no AC, and not until I put down a payment did I get the contract saying there may or may not be air conditioning. I would not have rented the unit if I would have known there was no AC. It was unbearably hot in the afternoon and evening, even with the fans.

Wonderful condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo at the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club was awesome. The place fit our group on 6 perfectly and the location was great. It is close to shopping, beaches, snorkeling, and lots of great activities. The condo was well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was great and allowed us to save a little money by eating in several meals. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach connected to the property. Overall it was a great experience and the price was very reasonable.
