Nathalie and Wilfried will be happy to welcome you in this old house of 180 m² with all mod cons with 14 beds, its terrace and its wooded garden, close to the Charnie forest.

From the town center, the forest of Petite Charnie, property of the National Forestry Office, offers you many possibilities for hiking, cycling and horse riding.
Many tourist sites are to be discovered near this quiet village, such as Sainte-Suzanne, a small town of character, the Saulges caves, the Le Mans automobile museum..........

You will have 4 bedrooms distributed as follows: 2 with a double bed, one with a baby bed, a family room for 6 people and one with 4 beds; a large fully equipped kitchen/living room (dishwasher, washing machine, high chair, lounge area with TV as well as 2 bathrooms (Italian showers)

You will enjoy a terrace and a 1200m² garden with barbecue area, pétanque ground, darts, palace and bowling games as well as garden furniture at your disposal.

Very peaceful

Lovely house in a very quiet village, very well appointed all the rooms are nice and specious and a large garden with lots to do, there is not much in the village except a church.
