The Space:
Discover an ideal Downtown experience in our inviting townhome! Relax in either of our TWO spacious living areas. The downstairs exudes coziness with an open layout for conversations and homey comfort. A fully-stocked kitchen, bar seating, and ample living room seating offer room to spread out. The second living area boasts a huge sectional, the comfiest Lazy-Boy, a 65" Smart TV, a built-in bar, and an attached private back balcony porch.

Your choice of three snug bedrooms awaits:

1. The primary suite on the first floor features a luxurious King bed, a spacious private bathroom, and a giant closet.
2. Upstairs, a plush Queen-size bed awaits, accompanied by a roomy dresser and closet.
3. The second upstairs bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, lavish linens, and abundant natural light.

Our rooftop patio is a gem, adorned with string lights, a propane heater for chilly evenings, a minibar, comfy seating, and ample space for entertaining right in Downtown.

Nestled among similar townhomes near downtown, we're located just off the beloved Block St, hosting Fayetteville's best eateries, bars, and shops, and leading to the town square. A 2-minute walk takes you to Dickson St., while another 2-minute stroll leads to the town square. It doesn't get better than this.

Guest Access:
Your access covers the entire house, including all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. We thoughtfully provide essentials in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. We aim to limit excess to a couple of days' worth, and guests are kindly responsible for replenishing items if they run out during their stay.
