Unwind in the beautifully furnished living room and watch your favorite shows on the large TV. The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, a shiny kitchen island, and a convenient coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site for your laundry needs and central AC.

It was a beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. We prepared two breakfasts and two dinners. We had room to play cards and we sat comfortably to watch the World Series. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms fully equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to maneuver to get to Bentonville for the Crystal Bridges Art Museum, the Prairie Grove Battlefield, and to the University of Arkansas. The management was easy to reach with any questions.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in process was easy and seamless. Cute place and neighborhood. I was going to recommend to some friends but they need a place that sleeps 6. Even though this listing says it sleeps 6, it only sleeps 4.

Nice home but VRBO description is not completely accurate

Nice home. Great location for our needs. Very clean. But pls note there r no bedrooms or bathrooms on the first floor. So if stairs r an issue (as they were for us - recent knee replacement), then this isn’t the home to rent. Also- home has wall AC units not central AC, so certain areas of the home stayed warm (in July).
