Rio Dulce V12 Oceanfront condo
Oceanfront V12 Condo with view of Colorados
3 bedroom/2 bathroom third floor condo located on the south end of Iguana beach (Colorados), steps away from dipping your toes in the water. Located right by the beach club with infinity pool, Pili's Kitchen restaurant and bar. You can see the waves from the Living Room or Master Bedroom and access is right out the back door!
The condo features A/C in all bedrooms and a commercial grade A/C in the Living Room to ensure you stay nice and cool on your trip. There is a 43-inch flat screen TV in the Living Room with cable TV, free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, stove/oven.
The condo building has a generator which powers everything in the condo including A/C.
Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 6 people with queen size bed in the master, queen size bed in the second guest bedroom and 2 single beds in third guest bedroom (can be pushed together and turned into a comfortable king sized bed if needed)
