Appartement bien situé mais prestation peu satisfaisante
L'appartement est très bien situé, lumineux et spacieux. Pour le reste, je ne recommande pas : l'hôte était pressé d'en finir avec la visite. La propreté n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous (sable dans l'évier, traces douteuses sur la porte des toilettes, etc ...) Cet appartement a certes été refait à neuf mais il y a quelques années ... et son entretien laisse à désirer : pas de lumière sous la douche (une fenêtre tout de même laisse passer un peu de lumière à travers la couche de calcaire), sèche serviette en panne mais comme nous étions en décembre, un vieux, gros bain d'huile (qui fuit) a été mis à notre disposition. Sommier du lit parental cassé, pas de clenche à la porte d'entrée mais une poignée qui "tient" avec 2 vis et j'en passe. Pour les parents d'ados, un détail qui a son importance : il n'y a pas de wifi ;-). Et pour les odorats sensibles, ce n'est pas un appartement "non fumeur". Dommage.

je suis très déçu malgré les recommandation de vos collègues de la société adelphe vous êtes une personne malhonnête vous avez cassé les lattes du lit .vous vous plainiez du manque de propreté de l appartement seulement vous avez laisser ce dernier dans un état lamentable j attends les photos que va me faire parvenir la conciergerie que je mettrais en ligne il hors de qestion de vous recevoir merci

Très bien situé, appartement correct en revanche en apparence il paraissait propre mais ce n était pas vraiment le cas (housse matelas et oreiller sales, poussière dans les chambres, poubelle non vidée). Nous n avons pas fait le tour de l’appartement en arrivant, dommage car le propriétaire a conservé le chèque pour le ménage à notre départ au motif que le ménage n était pas assez bien fait alors que nous lui avons rendu son appartement plus propre qu il nous l a loué. Bon rapport qualité prix mais soyez vigilant et exiger de bien vérifier l état de l appartement à l arrivée

Appartement idéal pour découvrir la région
Philippe est un hôte très réactif et disponible. L’appartement est spacieux lumineux bien situé au cœur de la ville à 10min à pied de la gare. Literie impeccable ainsi que le reste( douche équipements etc....)
