This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

This was our first, but definitely not last, time renting this home. The house was very clean on arrival, great open living spaces, large dining table for family and friends, ample parking for vehicles. Lots of beach and pool accessories if you forgot to bring your own, plus the extra refrigerator close to the pool area was a huge bonus. Excellent space around the pool if you want to skip the beach for a day. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach (we brought a golf cart) and close to the IGA. I was beyond impressed with the owner’s response time and kindness. I can’t express enough how memorable the trip was because of this house. We thought we were just having fun, but we were really making wonderful memories!

This house is absolutely incredible! The pictures does not do this property justice! Everything you needed was readily available! Mornings by the pool was my favorite part! Plenty of parking and perfect location from everything! We will be booking again for next year!!

The house was very clean and set up very nicely. When I found the house on the app, it said the property was a block and a half from the beach and after paying half the fee it then showed it 3 blocks away. That is my only complaint. After noticing it being further away I didn’t say anything. I would take the distance into consideration if you have older family members. The host of the property was very nice and responsive when I asked questions and the house was very clean and well prepared for a family ready to enjoy the Beach and the area. We definitely recommend giving this house a try!

Everything is as advertised, very clean, very modern. Love the game room, too cold for the pool but we liked hanging out at the pool as well. Loved the area, Tailgate oyster bar is calling my name! We would love to come back.
